So disappointing! We typically use DP Bounce or Dr Phillips Bounce, but Orlando Fun Party Rentals had some games that the others didn't have, that were more suited to a carnival theme. The primary issue is that two of the three games didn't work. The inflatable skeeball machine came with a torn power cord for the blower. The inside wires were clearly exposed, and as a result, it kept deflating. With a lot of duct tape, we were able to get it to function for the three hours. The other, which operated on just a simple 9v battery, died after one use, and of course, we didn't have another 9v battery. Fortunately, a neighbor did, so we were able to get it fixed within an hour. (The third game did not have any electronic parts.) They were also very odd with the contract. You pay a deposit, then - even though they have your credit card - you have to "authorize payment" in full two day before. Totally fine. Except that I did authorize payment both by email and text, well in advance of the deadline - and they STILL cancelled my order and attempted to charge me a "reinstatement fee," which I had to call to fight with them to get it removed. Failed to respond to emails asking for additional rental of tables. We also had to pay a "late pickup" fee because our event started at 6, and they refused to pick up any later than 9pm, despite paying the late pick up fee and repeated requests over the weeks leading up to the event, including offers to pay more for a later pick up. Literally, kids are playing at 9:03, and they disconnected the power. Overall, they just weren't nice, and the equipment was pretty sad and worn down. Definitely will stick with the tried and true companies, who seem to appreciate their customers and to understand that renting party stuff should be JOYFUL and FUN, not mean and difficult. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. My husband and I used them for our wedding. I had absolutely the worst possible experience renting equipment. She is completely ignorant and extremely rude. They are impossible to contact before and after your event. We had to help them set the table and chair rentals on the day of my wedding due to them being late. We had everything ready for them to pick up the day after, and then we were charged almost $200 post wedding for a fee that was never discussed or agreed to was charged to our account. We read our contract front and back, consulted our lawyer, and plan to dispute the claim for fraud. There's plenty of other rental companies to use, I wouldn't recommend this one. read more

Tracy has horrible customer service skills. I reserved some chairs and tables one day prior to my event. I canceled before they took anything out of their truck. The two men called their boss (a man), and I was told to contact TRACY for a refund on Monday. Since I was promised I could get a refund, I didn't used the items and they left. I was told the delivery fee wouldn't get refunded. I was fine with that. When I called Tracy her voice was so mean and she had such a bad attitude. I explained to her and she flat out said the opposite than the boss said a day prior. The ONLY reason I didn't use the rentals is because I was told I could get a refund. I wouldn't have sent them away if I wasn't told that. I was lied to, didn't get to use the items I paid for and no refund. This business is unprofessional and a joke. Don't rent here. read more

During the process, I made a lot of changes and they very accommodating and helpful. They also communicated through email and texts which made the process is easy. We reserved online over $500 in tables ,chairs and tents for our wedding in July, We changed our order and then noticed we gave them the wrong address. We emailed them twice and asked for a new contract because we did not want any issues the day of the wedding. We were informed it was changed in the system but was not issued a new contract. I contacted them because their very detailed contract states if we do not sign the contract with-in 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and our deposit is non refundable. We did not want to sign a contract with the wrong address. We eventually called a little concerned and was told Tracy would call us back, they are a small family business and valued our business. The next thing I knew they cancelled the order and stated they are no longer serving the area we were in. In other words, don't make Tracy mad. read more

I reserved a water slide for my four year old birthday party two weeks before my event. I called Tracy the next day to let her know my dimensions might be too small for the water slide and if she had anything else that I could exchange it for. She was sooo rude over the phone and told me she didn't know what to tell me and treated me like a child over the phone saying my mothers back yard was a disgrace of yard. She continued to make noises over the phone like she was frustrated and talking me down. I finally asked for the supervisor because she was being rude over the phone. She refused to let me speak to anyone but her. She continued to tell me if I canceled I had to pay a restocking fee for the water slide and I would not get my deposit back. So I asked could I exchange it for tables, chairs and a canopy as I was going to need them. Very rude she stated I had to get no less than $110 worth of stuff due to my zip code. I asked her several times why and she responded because of your zip code. So I thought maybe the distance and offer to pick them up and she refused. The guys who deliver d my items were sooo nice but due to her lack of customer service skills I will never rent from this place. I had to ask my guests to get up so they could take the tables and chairs as she wouldn't accommodate me more time even though I was willing to pay for it. I have rented 4 inflatables over the last several years for my son's birthday parties. Every time, we have been disappointed until this year! We had our son's 9th birthday party at Secret Lake Park in Casselberry. We scoured the inflatable rental companies in our area for an obstacle course slide combo and finally decided to go with Orlando Fun Party Rentals because they had the best price (saved close to $100). They had excellent communication with me from the the time we reserved through the day of the event. They were very professional and most importantly very prompt! I rented a table, table cloth and chairs. Order was too small for delivery so I picked it up the day before Thanksgiving and returned the items the day after Thanksgiving. I have never met a business owner so rude and unprofessional than Tracy. She has no good manners whatsoever so much that she hung up the phone on my sister and I. I would've personally never used their services in the first place. A friend of ours had a credit with them that was about to expire and she asked us to use it. We paid the difference along with a security deposit. My sister had originally scheduled a 8:00 AM return (She asked her whether 8:00 AM or 2:00 PM would be a better time) with her that did not work for me at all; therefore, I asked her to send a text to Tracey (since they've been communicating through text messages) telling her that 2:00 PM would be a better time. We were hoping she would read the text before going to the warehouse at 8:00 waiting. We then return the tables and chairs a little before 2:00 PM to find out the next day that she was keeping our $92 security deposit because the return was late. My sister tried to talk to her but she hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation after saying she wasn't going to refund the security deposit. I then called her and she basically had the same attitude. She pretty much told me that it is not her fault we didn't read the late return policy, that's how they do it and hung up the phone on me as well. I mean where are her manners and customer service skills??? That alone should be a reason why no one should ever use this company. How can you lose your entire security deposit because of a late return??? Things happen and a small late fee would be understandable but not the security deposit. I would've never used them as I had known about this. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because no paying customer should ever be treated this way. I work in healthcare, I deal with some of the worse patients at times and I always treat them with kindness no matter what the situation. Just stay away from this place because the owner does not know how to resolve an issue without disrespect. read more
