I had a boudoir session with this photographer in 2019 when I lived in Ohio. The photo shoot was…read moregreat but her communication and professionalism needs some serious attention. The package I purchased included an album. After reviewing the album proof, I requested several simple edits (swapping a few images) before approving it for print. Unfortunately, the album has still never been delivered. Over the past several years I have made repeated attempts to contact the photographer by email and Facebook Messenger to confirm the edits and finalize the album. Responses have been extremely infrequent, and most messages go unanswered. Most recently, after posting a public review, I was told that the album had been printed and would be shipped. She would respond with tracking when available. I asked for confirmation that the requested edits had been completed since I never approved the original proof. After that message, communication stopped again and I have not received the album or any tracking information. At this point I am simply trying to receive the finished album that was included in the package I paid for. I hope this can finally be resolved, but after several years of trying to communicate and seeing reviews from so many others having this same issue, I don't have high hopes. I'll be escalating this to the Ohio Attorney General and BBB.

Yep, I selected her thanks to the yelp reviews and she was amazing as our wedding photographer…read more She was very flexible; prompt; personable and professional; and was very fairly priced for 8 hours. We were indecisive on things (where to shoot in between our ceremony and our reception) and she was patient with us and offered suggestions in the weeks leading up. She even scouted our locations before our wedding so she was familiar with them. We had a small unexpected snafu that altered our schedule by 15-20 minutes and she remained calmed and helped us keep on schedule. Her contract was also very clear. We even asked her to stay an extra hour longer (obviously offered to pay her for it) an extra hour the day of our event and she obliged. The turn-around times were very quick (in our case within 6 weeks!). The online setup to view and share your photos was intuitive and also easy to download all of the photos in a batch format. This isn't a fault of her but more of a tip for y'all: make sure to get plenty of pictures of your friends and family, not just posed pictures of you and your spouse and wedding party and family!
