If it could be less than a one star it would have been!!…read moreThis company operates in a way that feels extremely predatory, especially toward families visiting the Old Town area of Orlando, FL. There are little to no clearly visible signs indicating a tow-away zone, yet vehicles are being towed quickly and efficiently -- almost as if someone is watching and waiting for people to park. It genuinely appears they are targeting rental cars. Many of the vehicles being towed are clearly rentals, which makes it even more concerning because tourists are the ones being affected. Families on vacation are left stranded in unfamiliar areas, forced to pay large fees just to retrieve their vehicles. To make matters worse, when you go to retrieve the rental vehicle, they refuse to release it because you are not the "registered owner" -- even though rental agreements clearly show you are the authorized driver. This creates an impossible situation where families are stuck trying to coordinate with rental car companies while paying mounting fees. It feels like an intentional tactic to increase storage charges. When I contacted the company, the "manager" was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, he became hostile and even made threatening remarks, including saying he would "shoot them down" when the operation was called out as a scam. That kind of behavior from someone representing a business is completely unacceptable. The entire situation feels unethical and predatory. Whether technically legal or not, it certainly does not feel right. Visitors should be extremely cautious when parking anywhere around Old Town Orlando and double-check signage carefully. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I repeated "I just have a question about a tow your company did and he kept repeating "Have a NICE DAY" and hung up on me. They damage your cars and refuse to answer for it. I tried calling a few more times to get ahold of literally anyone else but this is just some dude with a cell phone doing illegal tows. EDIT: The owner cant seem to stop replying to this review with the latest being this: You were told we don't do tow aways respectfully various times. We conduct our business profesionally and are certified by the state of florida. Instead of falsly acussing a business of doing illegal tows you should reflect on why your vehicle was towed away. For clarification - I was told NOTHING respectfully, I was interrupted on the call, not allowed to speak and was hung up on. If you dont like bad reviews work on your customer service :) My vehicle was towed through NO FAULT of my own and the situation was fixed and my car was repaired by a legitimate company. Please learn to speak kindly to the people who call you, take ownership of your faults and additionally spelling might help. What I said previously is true - this is just some dude with a cell phone.

After the arrival time came and went got no updates. Called the provider and no one answered the phone. Called again no answer. Waited another 20 minutes later and finally got Veronica on the phone. She was absolutely terrible. She said that the time was just an estimate and they are not responsible for giving an update that is on the insurance provider. It is not their job to keep the customer updated. This is just how all tow companies work. She put me on hold and said it was going to be another 30 or more minutes before they would be able to maybe get to me. Maybe. This is now 4 and a half hours after the request for a tow was put in with the company and they were still not coming. Veronica started to pretend like she was having phone issues and then put me on hold and after waiting she hung up. Called back and she did not answer. Called back again and she didn't speak into the phone. She finally said she was having phone issues. At this point became very upset. She was faking having phone issues to avoid helping me. She said this is how all towing companies work. They don't provide actual times and you just need to figure it out with your insurance company. And said I was acting privileged for expecting an accurate time estimate or some sort of update. That it wasn't the tow companies fault. This is the industry standard. No it isn't the industry standard, if they could not provide the service in a timely manner they should not have taken the job or they lied about the time estimate. She then cancelled the towing request without telling me. And just hung up the phone. I found out from a text from the insurance provider the service was cancelled. Would never try using them. The customer service alone is appalling.

Nine minutes prior to their arrival I called. Keep in mind this was the day of my son's going away celebration since he was leaving for boot camp. I asked the lady how much longer it was going to take and she said it would take another thirty minutes. While still on the phone with her they sent me an updated 40 minute ETA. Obviously I was upset and I made that very clear, but it wasn't like I yelled at her or used foul language. A minute later I got a call from my insurance company that the tow company refused to come pick up my car. Thank you for making me super late to my eldest son's going away celebration.
