While I was there, I asked them if they had transferred my CATS documents to the Rossland vet. They had sent my cats information to the Roswell vet... THE WRONG VET. I had to ask them three times on three separate days to send the information to the correct place. I think I'm done with the vast lack of organization, and coordination of this place. It makes me curious as to how they would treat my cat. I wouldn't be surprised if they sent me home with a different animal! Very pathetic.

The reason I chose to come here is because this is where my parents always took our cats. They have annual plans that we like, one includes a dental and the other doesn't. They both include all vaccines and blood and urine tests. You also get a discount on the flea and tick medication. You get free nail clippings and 2 examinations during that year. There are also a couple of plans for senior dogs, not sure what those include yet. Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing.

I was told it wasn't an overcharge, that their GOVERNING BODY, will not allow them to let a technician take care of the appointment. They never told me this before charging me. When i booked the appointment I was guaranteed I would not be paying for a vet for Gingers care. The Veterinarian also did not preform a full check on Ginger, only giving her a quick rub down, no ear checks nothing, she never even noticed she had a sore paw, just a quick rub down, and an extra $100 bill, that again I was guaranteed earlier I would not be paying. The staff here care SO MUCH about your pet. We live nearby and my dog always wants to go visit. I decided to call Grandview Bloor animal clinic who I got an appointment with the same day ( They are clearly not busy for a reason). Brought my cat to the appointment with Dr Cushing she came In the room talked to us for a min, went into the back room with the cat and was not seen again.. The next person I talked to was her vet tech. Anyways, after $400 worth of blood work later I was given a quote for $1380 plus pain meds for a full teeth extraction on my cat. Days went by and I had to contact the clinic myself to get my results ( apparently everything was good with him) After my cats surgery, I picked him up still under sedation which resulted in him hurting himself more. Dr Cushing's receptionist told me to "keep him calm" and to "put his cone back on" ( her professional advice). Dr Cushing charged me $500 to "scale and polish" my cats teeth and then removed them... I am not a vet however, I think I am smart enough to know that there is no point cleaning an animals teeth and then removing them.. ( maybe she sells cat dentures on the side?) I went back to the clinic the following day to get more clarification on the bill and this charge for teeth cleaning . Dr ( if that's what you want to call her) Cushing gaslighted me and my partner and refused to give our money back. They clearly do not know how to draft up a bill or care for animals after surgery properly so how can they be trusted to treat your pets.

Be prepared to shell out at minimum $1000.00 since walking through the front door will cost you $185.00 for a short meeting with the Vet, if there's one available, or a technician. Thank God for the emergency services offered by Port Hope animal Hospital on Dale road who we just discovered recently. They do not mark up costs for emergency services. I only wish I had found them much sooner . I could have saved thousands( $1000 ) and most of all been confident in the care my pets were given.

I called them in tears asking them if I could bring the poor thing to them for euthanasia. It isn't what they normally do, but they very kindly took the poor thing in and took care of him for me. They wouldn't accept any payment. They have looked after my cats with amazing care and excellent advice. When there was no more hope for my suffering Mabel, Dr. Wendy was so wonderful to her and to me. They even donated to a charity that helps low income families with vet bills, in Mabel's name. Now they are helping me to look after my cat, Dwight as we deal with his elderly health issues.
