I came in a month ago and started therapy and unfortunately two weeks ago I was sick and didn't make it in then last week I wasn't scheduled due to being busy, Edwin decided to start off by insulting my choice of wardrobe because I wore a cut off shirt since last time they stretched out my other shirt and got some oil substance on it while massaging me. After I explained why he went on and then started telling me how today would be my last day because I havent been in for a month. I corrected him and told him it was two weeks and why. He said it would be hard to get me scheduled to come back and then went on to tell me to tell me because I couldn't come in twice a week my business wasn't welcomed there. If I haven't seen such a money grabber from him wanting appointments. When I first made my four appointments a month ago and told them I couldn't make it in twice a week because of my schedule I was told that was fine and everything else. Not sure what's up Edwin's butt but I'm not going to give my business to a company who employees people like him. I need help for my injury and he doesn't care, He just wants the appointments to line up so he gets paid. Stay away from this company as their outlook is getting as many appointments from you for profit, not for healthy and helping others throughout their injury.

It is so nice to have doctors and…read moretherapists that work together and share charts/reports/etc. It is also nice to go to a therapy session and doctor appointment in one fell swoop. 1 appointment will knock out two birds. Doctors are nice and do not pressure toward a surgical option. They tend to push therapy for a couple attempts unless surgery is necessary. Therapists are nice, but push you to your limit. The stretches are horrible....but that's the nature of the beast. I cannot believe how fast my recovery was. I followed all instructions and was back to my A Game in no time.

Knock on wood, I have only been a visitor to Forte, and not a patient. But I've known three people…read morewho have been patients at Forte, and all of them have had great experiences here. These patients sing praises about Forte, from the doctors to the nurses to the efficient people at the front desk. From a visitor's point of view, Forte is great. They are very straightforward with their instructions, which I appreciate. Just tell me what to do and what to expect, and I'll do it and expect it. Everything went pretty much according to what they said. They have a smoothly running system here. Visitors can help themselves to the unlimited coffee and water at the coffee and water station. This is where the Little Free Library is located! The waiting room also has multiple seating arrangements, from high-top desks to comfy chairs to love seats. Or, if you need something to eat or drink, there's a cafe on the first floor. (See my separate review for La Verna Cafe.) The waiting room is airy and bright. One thing that's kinda weird is that a "cruise director" comes and talks about what to expect with your surgery ... right in the waiting room, among all those random people. That seems unusual, right? However, there are private rooms that you're taken to when the time comes to talk about your particular case with the doctor. As a visitor who is not a patient, Forte is great. But I've been told that it's also great being a patient here, so there's that.

Appointments may be delayed but this is because this doctor spends the necessary time his patients require to have their questions answered and does thorough examinations.
