SERVICE: I have been a patient/client/customer for over a decade. Initially due to an accident, and thereafter for chiropractic maintenance and massage. Dr. Jason and Dr. Tony are the best doctors. They have excellent bedside manners, very respectful and tells you like it is. They work well together and I would often hear them laughing in the office. Now, I bring my teenage son in for his maintenance. The office staff are also wonderful. Ms. Janel is always very professional, organize, and considerate. She always thinks of me whenever there's a cancellation because she knows my work schedule is complicated. And though the massage therapists changed overtime,right now, Ricardo's strong hands is just what I need. Unfortunately, he is only there on Thursdays but he does a really good job applying a good amount of pressure and beating my muscles into shape. Overall, my family love everyone here at Active Spine. It's easy to make appointments and reschedule. Paper work and insurance info are always updated by them and we don't ever have any problem collecting payment. Sorry to see Dr. Tony go, but Dr. Lopate and the staff are holding down the fort just fine. The one thing we don't see eye to eye on is the fact that they are Florida Gators and we're Florida Seminoles. lol

I called and we were able to make an appointment the same day. The place smelled so good, and it was so clean. Lisset Madrigal, at the front desk, was so professional, always smiling and she was very helpful. Dr. Charlotte Garzon was soooooo polite, professional and full of joy. We were contacted immediately by his office, got our new patient appointments, easy/quick electronic e-sign paperwork and text appointment confirmations, private parking lot, no wait, clean, organized well orchestrated office/team, team are friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. To my dismay, I was told that I would have a full treatment the first time and I had to pay a certain amount of money and that then it would just be a co-pay for my adjustments . Nice way to get you into the door !! I paid to be told that I needed x-rays and THERAPY is some electricity and heat in order to prepare the muscle for the adjustment. Allegedly. . Came back a second time and because I was not there, they told my son that he had to get a full treatment again and recommended weeks of treatment instead of adjustments . When I told him if we could do it otherwise because I did not have the money for that type of care, he said my insurance didn't cover anything else.. I paid $10 for a side to side stretch not even a full adjustment . I'm very disappointed and I feel it was a waste of my money going there. This place, probably just work with insurance insurance companies and they're trying to bulk it up by lying to people; not nice .
