Went into this Footlocker in the Mall of Louisiana last night to exchange some shoes I bought 4…read moredays ago. When an employee named Dre helped me, he said I cannot return the shoes because they had been worn. Yes, I did wear them one day after I purchased them but quickly came to the conclusion that the tongue and rear ankle padding were rubbing to hard. The shoes were still in brand new condition and didn't have a mark on them. So I went home and called Footlocker to find out more. I was then told by two different stores that I could return the shoes if they have not been worn for a full money refund, or if they had been worn, I could receive store credit to pick out a new pair. Which is all I wanted to do in the first place. Oh and I live about 30 minutes from Footlocker so all that time and money was a waste. It would be great If the employees knew the correct information instead of just saying no, literally within the first 15 seconds of speaking to them. So I will now buy all my shoes from Champs :)

When I pointed out the price on the cap he said, "I didn't put that on there". I asked for the manger. She said" that may have been from a previous sale. The rag was not a sale tag. Even though the Manger was not going to honor the price tag I was going to purchase the cap but I did say I would leave a review. The manger told the clerk " do not sale the cap to her since she is going to leave a review". My daughter has Down Syndrome she loves baseball caps. I purchase several caps every few months because she wears them everyday, everywhere and the caps show there wear and tear more so I purchase more caps. I wanted a compact 9mm for CCP as I just felt the PPK/S in .380 I have was insufficient for everyday CCP. Salesman did take me too literally when showing me alternates by only showing me what I specifically asked for! He did his job. However what I wanted and what was available are 2 different things and it took some time but we finally moved on to some other pieces that were just a tad different than my original request. Got home and realized that the store was offering a "package" (free range case and 2 extra mags). I called them up, and without thinking twice they offered me the same deal that was on the website. Salesman "Seth" was apologetic however I told him there was no wrongdoing by either side. I just noticed a deal after the sale and they honored it. I never shop big box for my pews because of the fact most do not honor the Brady Bill. Locally owned shops will forever get my business!! This was my first transaction with Jim's and I can promise it won't be the last!! Thank You to Seth and the rest of the team down at Jim's. The selection and prices are unbeatable. I challenge you to "not" be able to find what you're looking for at a reasonable price!!
