This one isn't quit that big, but it is still full of all the name brand items that people are familiar with. They always have some good clearance racks in stock and they always give military discounts which is helpful. Mu first bike came from Sun & Ski, a mountain bike, they offer free labor when you buy your bike there, I believe they still do, it's worth asking about it. The service area is so helpful when I need help with the aging bike. A few times I've brought parts in for some simple help and they didn't even charge me for it. They even helped me find a place online to find parts that they don't carry. They do cycle their stock based on the seasons, ski items do show up in this store, but it's limited and distinct to the winter time. It's a good store and has some good staff.

The people who were working there were careless and rude and not personable at all. I brushed it off, did my business and left. I ended up needing to return the coat that I had bought, still had the receipt, tags were on and everything. I came back a while later and ended up almost getting scammed out of my money, because one of the workers there never notified me that that coat was needing to be returned after 10 days, and then I would have to have store credit with less money than what I originally paid. Why would I get store credit for a store that I would never shop at again??? I am absolutely beyond frustrated with the lack of respect that these people have for their customers. I would not be as mad if the employees had an ounce of respect for the people funding their paychecks.
