While browsing, I found several things I was interested in, but I'm a smart shopper and prefer to purchase items when they're more reasonably priced. I was told that their major sales typically take place toward the end of the year, so I'll definitely keep that in mind. Since I'm only about 10 minutes away from the store, I have no problem returning to purchase the items I was interested in or discovering something new. Rachel (big smile, long blonde hair!) and Natalie were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what we needed. What stood out most was how they treated my friend's two young kids--so patient and kind, never making us feel rushed. My friend had been eager to visit after loving the website, and the experience far exceeded expectations. I dropped my stuff off the middle of May, did not go on the floor until the middle of June. First check was at the end of July. I was told July 26th that I had $30 on my account but when I asked what my Check would be in August, I was told nothing and I would have to wait until September. I just called September 18th and I was told that I missed the 15th cut off so I would not get a check until October! WHAT! They have no clue what they are doing and will just argue! I'm done and can't wait until this nightmare is over!

They just didn't have it in my size. :-( The sizes available go up to size 14. If you look hard enough you can find some items in XXL, but the selection is small, so keep an open mind.
