The very first ride went straight for about ¼ of a mile and when turning to go the opposite direction the entire handle bar turned but not the wheel. This is about half hour after taking a brand new bike from the store, literally talking with the mechanic and him assuring me that everything was good to go, also a final inspection card signed by someone stating that specific unit(bicycle) had been inspected for safety was included with the paper work. I have all the paper work. The handle bar was completely loose from the stem I was explained after consulting a professional mechanic in one of the local shops in Lancaster. He was very amazed that someone would do that. The owner manual repletely emphasis that a professional mechanic should assemble the bike if one does not know or has been trained to do so. I shared this so the same thing don't happen to someone else. Imagine if this would've been a child they don't have the same touch or awareness as an adult.
