She is on the third floor. When I arrived, a few minutes early, she was waiting for me when I got upstairs and immediately took me to the room. We went through intake and got started. Natalie was good at checking to make sure the pressure was right, both before and during the massage. The massage was very relaxing. Natalie covered the needed areas and also followed instructions for areas that needed to be skipped or receive extra attention. However, the best thing about the whole massage was that my 60 minute massage was actually 60 minutes! So many therapists deduct the intake but it seemed that mine went a full hour which is wonderful. If you need a massage for relaxation or targeted relief, give Natalie a try! You won't regret it!

Jesse is one of the owners and was very rude to me when I got there and found I had a male massage therapist. I would never have agreed to that. She said my text noted that, but it did not. The receptionist was just as rude telling me she told me on the call I was going to have a male massage therapist. This also is untrue. Rather than trying to make it right, they kept trying to put the blame on me. I was told I was rude and disrespectful as I wanted a refund and was told they were going to call the police if I didn't leave. I work with customers all day long and would never have imagined this type of treatment went on. Beware of this place. Even with a Groupon, not worth it. Groupon refunded me when I told them the police were called as I was rude and disrespectful. They get one star as zero is not an option. Also, Steve, another owner, came up and tried to make it right and cancelled the police call. He was great, but he can't make up for everyone else and their unprofessionalism, immaturity, and complete lack of any business sense.
