We had a conversation about what I do, repetitive motions I preform, if I wake up with neck pain and from there she found all of the areas to focus on that I would never have thought of. I asked for an explanation on how their appointment took priority and they just continued repeating they were sorry but it would be cancelled. Requested to speak to a manager and they said one would not be available until the weekend but they would be canceling me in the meantime so they could book the other client in my time slot.
