I asked her for a rollaway bed in addition to our beds and pull out, which they could accommodate quickly. Our room was very spacious, and clean upon arrival. Everything was well stocked. The rollaway bed is definitely made for a smaller body. My 8-year-old fit nicely in it. Breakfast was a full breakfast! All the fixings! Everything tasted great, staff was courteous, would recommend. The only sad thing about this hotel is that the chlorine level of the pool and hot tub was really really high. My family came back to the room coughing with red eyes.

If you can't listen to your customers, then you shouldn't remain in business, plain and simple. If you're going to rip people off, that's only going to make your customer rate go down and do business with you less. If you don't follow your promise to fix your machines, it shows what kind of business you are and what kind of staff you're hiring. I have once filed a complaint on your company's website about my experience and did not hear back from their customer care department. Your "focused not on the past but today's players" is not a good excuse to disrespect the older generation of players. An arcade business should respect ALL generations of gamers, not just focus on the present. If you can't respect the older generation of gamers, then you should NOT be allowed to be in business, plain and simple. Cheese's space nearby closed down a few years ago since the property management declined to renew their lease in favor of this business inside the old Sears space, this was my reason to check it out. They don't even have the arcade machines from back when we were kids in the 80s and 90s like Maude's Pizza did. The staff at this location are unpleasant including one middle-aged woman who got in my face for no good reason. They have a lot of machines that look good on the outside, but on the inside are another story. This arcade center cares more about profits than they do their customers and they do little to nothing to fix any machines that have problems. They have done little to nothing to learn from their mistakes. They will only say "sorry" - only to go back to their old selves to justify horrible service. Please close this place down and replace it with an arcade business that has a better variety of arcades, including ones from the 80s and early 90s. This particular business could care less about their customers.

I left empty handed and disappointed in what was supposed to be a happy fun time at this new arcade. We got some amazing photos. The time I came for the museum I was chaperoning a small group of summer camp kids. Our tour guide was amazing. He let the kids ring the bell, go into some of the train cars, and walked us around the grounds. The kids really seemed to enjoy themselves. Both time the grounds were insanely muddy. But it's outside on actual old rail tracks. I don't quite remember the bathroom situation but I know they gotta have them. I don't think they have any food or gift shop. What a horrible experience! It's a great concept that should be more on the elegant side based on the furnishings within the hotel, but when rude and unaccommodating is the order of the day, the beauty of the surroundings become elusive. Save yourself the frustration. Pick a hotel that prides itself on customer service and curating an exceptional experience for each guest.
