I'm a consistent walk-in and I've never had to wait long for service. The pedicures are top tier and very relaxing. I'm always happy with my nails and fills. My most recent visit was with Thy. She was amazing! Very sweet and attentive to helping me find the right color. Go see her!

Vincent at this place is amazing!!! He crushed my nails. I told him my idea and my concerns from other nail salons and he ran with it and knocked it out of the park!

I was serviced right when I walked in. However, that was when the service ended. My tech asked what I wanted and I said dip pink and white. Then he said fake nails and I said yes on the fingers where my own nails were too short. Then I said I prefer "squarish "squoval". He said he'd do it much better? Then preseeded to cut all my nails (that were at the lenght I wanted off. At first I thought he was going to add tips on all but then continued with the dip. I didn't have time for them to be redone . His only remark was much better do you like. I didn't respond only asked where I needed to wash my hands. My nails look like what a little girl should wear.

Vicky did so well, she was super sweet and said she's only been a nail tech for two years! Thanks Vicky u did amazing!

Vicky did amazing she was very sweet and understanding of what I wanted! She said she's only been a tech for two years?! She was very delicate and attentive to her designs and I love the dedication!

Oscars nails is a very nice atmosphere to get your nails done. The management team and is very understanding. I was able to go back and get my nails redone after not being on satisfied with a job performed the night before. I am graciously happy to report that the manager was more than happy to help, and had my nails redone by another technician (at no charge). Overall, They do a very nice job, and you'll love going to this place. Thank you for being understanding and ensuring your customers are completely satisfied. A special shout out to Vicky--She was amazing .

    2 nicked cuticles

Nicked 3 cuticles on same hand. Hurts a lot. Won't go back. I've had one before. But 3 on same hand was all it took for me.

    My spider nails.

They were very kind and everytime i go they get my nail's perfectly. They have a little girl in there who absolutely makes my day! They have a wonderful atmosphere and i highly recommend!

The glue isn't on parts of my nails

This is the worst nail job I've ever had.... and wasn't worth $50 (much less half that). The following things happened: 1. They never offered me a beverage. 2. Even though we were a party of 10 and made a reservation well in advance, they couldn't sit us together. 3. I specifically asked not to have almond shaped done. 4. I was the first person in the party to be helped, and the last one to be done. 5. Bloody cuticles, they weren't pushed back far enough so they already looked as if they'd been on for a week, the ends and sides were rigged and they were crazy uneven on the surface. 6. At the end I did not have time to talk about these issues with the manager because the entire wedding party was waiting for me, so I sent them an email addressing these issues.... they chose to ignore the issue (hence the negative review).

    Owner

I've given this salon a chance numerous times, even during the pandemic. My initial concerns in 2019 were clearly related to discrimination but I addressed it and extended Grace. Their new safety measures consist of all customers washing their hands prior to service and wearing a mask. Ok, but why is the owner and a few others not following the same rules. Also, they have shields to protect the customers and techs while getting your nails done, but nothing during a pedicure. One of the techs, approached me while I was getting my pedicure, regarding drilling and soaking my nails off, while getting a pedicure. How is this safe to be this close to me? I also asked her if she had sanitized her hands? She rolled her eyes and began to speak to her coworker using a language that I'm not familiar with. My friend and I were both over charged when presented with our tickets. When questioned, they immediately took $10 off of her final cost. I don't plan to ever visit again. Another lady sitting next to us complained that they doubled dipped in the wax used for her eyebrows, so she left and planned to report them for being unsanitary.

It was pretty good I got my fingers and toes done. I loved the women who did my nails she was very sweet and did everything perfectly, but the guy who did my toes hurt me while cutting me a lot and once I jumped back when he did (on accident) and he just told me to stay still. Also the guy did a really bad job at painting my toes. He bent done to grab something and his arm messed up the paint and he never fixed it.

    Chair

From the moment I entered, the manager greeted me, showed me around, helped me decide what I wanted and ushered me to my technician, " David". David offered me a beverage and helped me get comfortable! He was very professional and did an outstanding job! The equipment was clean, the spa chair was amazing and very relaxing.. I will be back (often)!

Wow is all I have to say! We came in on a busy Sunday and they worked me and my daughter in and even stayed late to finish everything we wanted! I got the VIP pedicure and it's worth ever dollar!! My feel like straight butter today!! Everyone was so nice and helpful and everything was so clean!

No one will get in contact with me about this issue after several attempts. My husband booked me a Mother's Day gift here as a surprise. They promised him they wouldn't notify me. They did, 3 times in fact. He has everything arranged to be handled so that all I had to do was show up and leave. I show up, I'm called back a few minutes after my appointment time. My massage only covered my back, the back of my legs, the back of my neck and my feet. Not my arms, not the front of my legs, not my shoulders, etc. My massage was over and I was fully dressed 45min after my appointment time. Not 45 min after I was called back. -Yes I'm aware of the 50min massage time and 10min to dress.- I did not get that at all. Matter of fact I lost over 20% of the time that I paid for. When you pay for someone's time you expect to get just that and all of the services that you pay for. But it doesn't stop here. I go to leave and they ask me how I want to pay. I'm completely confused and ask them what they mean because it was suppose to be paid for. She said yes he called and put the card on file I just want to make sure. And I'm like... well then yes. Then she asks me how much for the tip. I'm confused because I thought this was handled as well. I told her I can't just authorize someone else's money like that. She looks at me puzzled then I just tell her okay I'll just pay for it because I'm not going to use my husbands card and authorize an amount that he hasn't authorized. Then she says okay we will do 2 separate transactions. I'm confused all over again, because why was it such a big deal if I could pay the tip separately. This became a big ordeal. She told me that they've been having issues with the employees cutting people's time and she would have a manager reach out. I called my husband when I left he told me that it was all suppose to have been handled including the tip that it was arranged ahead of time and they assured him it would be special. Next day, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called, no manager available but I left a message and still haven't heard back. Every time I've called they conveniently do not have a manager available. I tried to get this issue resolved without posting a negative review but they refuse to help. I don't see how they can do business like this. Attached is a screenshot from the video I took of the time after I was dressed from my massage. Edited to add: the owner commented that this was forwarded to the business to contact me- it's been almost 3 weeks and still nothing!

I asked for deep tissue and she said she would do medium. It was the worst massage of my life. It felt like she didn't even know what she was doing and seemed to find pleasure in my pain. The massage was over and she only spent maybe 5minutes out of an hour on my thighs... she spent maybe 20 on my neck and it's so sore, I can barely move it.

So we decided to try it. First, I should have taken the hint when we basically signed a waiver to hold the Doc and USDP harmless if any side effect harmed my son. Second flag missed, the script never showed up at the pharmacy. Come to find out the Doc forgot to get Pre-Authorization through my Insurance. Three days later, that was accomplished. Third flag missed, I then picked up the script and was counseled by the Pharmacist, without asking if I had questions about the use and what to watch for with this drug. I still regret missing all of this. My son began taking this drug as prescription and of course 5 of the 7 things we were warned about started happening to him. Nausea, vomiting, stomach aching, diarrhea, really bad headaches (2 Advil did NOTHING to it) and my son was miserable. After a week of this, I told him to stop taking the drug. Within a 48 hours all of the effects were gone and he was back to normal. Fourth flag, didn't miss this one, I called US Dermatology Partners to let them know that I have taken my son OFF the drug and see if there is anything I should be looking for (withdrawals or anything) and the RUDE nurse said I should have not have done that but she would ask the doctor about it. She then called me back after speaking with him and said that all of things I described are NOT the meds but sounds like a Stomach Bug that was going around. I mentioned to her that ALL of them cleared up within 48 hours after the last dose was vomited up. She was Rude enough to tell me to put him BACK on the meds and I informed her that would NOT be happening. Fifth flag, We kept the 30-day later appointment to see if there was a Ford or Chevy version that my son could handle better and was told that Accutane gave us the best chance and we should get him back on it. My son told him "Hell NO!" and I agreed without even calling him down on the H word. They then sent a different prescription to DFW Pharmacy in Arlington, We are in Tyler, and were told to give it a couple of days and if we hadn't heard from them, to contact the pharmacy directly. Sixth and Final flag, two days later, I called DFW Pharmacy to find out about my son's script and they had no idea what I was talking about! So, I called the USDP back. Talked with an Operator who said it looked like it was still "Pending" and I asked her to push it through and she sent me to a nurse's voicemail. I waited for 2.5 hours and called back, hoping to talk to the nurse, NOPE voicemail again!!!! I am going somewhere else with my son!!
