Purchased a Junipero 5 Pc set dining set on April 15th 2022. I was told the items were in stock at the warehouse and it would be delivered the same week by the salesperson named Adriana Vargas. After waiting over a month my table has still not been delivered. I was never reached out to or contacted on the status of this table. When I tried to cancel the manager tried to work with me but had to go by their policy of charging me 30%. I understand that they have to go by their policy but I was lied to and cheated out of my money by the sales person DO NOT BUY HERE. Again, unless you like throwing your money away, do not do business with this company. They sold me a Consumer Priority Solutions (a scam company - see their Better Business Bureau and Trust Pilot reviews) furniture warranty for $1,500 and the salesman, Hernandez, assured me the warranty covered accidental damage. What they didn't tell me is that the warranty company, CPS, rules any damage as wear and tear and that isn't included under accidental damage so they deny the claims. Chris Garcia is the owner/manager and he will tell you anything to pacify you to get you off the phone, but does not take action to correct the problem. Chris refuses to refund the cost for the warranty despite his sales person lying to me about the warranty and the warranty company being a scam. I have nothing good to say about this store. If I could give minus stars, I would. We placed our order on 19 May and we're told by our sales rep, Denise, that it would take about two weeks for our sofa and loveseat to make its way from CA to El Paso. At the two week mark, nothing. We were told that it missed the truck and should be here in a week. Again, no furniture. We talked to Chris in customer service and after talking to him, it was a waste of time. After a couple more lies about when our furniture would arrive, we spoke with the store manager, Oscar, he told us that at the time we placed our order, the items would have to be made. This was after our sales rep told us the items were in stock in CA. We didn't get our furniture until 8 September. Our entire experience with OSGO was filled with lie after lie. Dont Buy Here!!! I purchased a bed set with a very nice mattress March 8 for my daughter which I paid in full. I was told it would get delivered apx. 2-4 weeks. So after not getting any phone calls or emails I went to the store after 4 weeks and they said it was on receipt that it could be up to 6 weeks. I kept on going back and forth with them getting lied to several times. I was told twice the set was on a delivery truck coming from California and it was all lies. So finally after 7 months of waiting I got the set delivered but then was told the mattress had not arrived. I got a loaner which is crap and today is almost 8 months and still waiting on the mattress. All this time they dont reach out or anything. I will just be going for my money back. I had not read the reviews otherwise I would never have shopped there. I researched and found an article from K-Fox where they closed down their location in NE for the same reason and multiple complaints to the Better Business Bureau. That will be next step. I have had the opportunity to meet the staff at OSGO and was very impressed with their commitment to their customers. While individuals may have differing expectations, one thing that I have found to be true when purchasing furniture is that patience is to be expected. I always ask if the item is in stock... if it needs to be ordered from a supplier... where the supplier is located. Quite often the supplier is located overseas and I've endured wait times of up to 4 months from varying retail stores. I would be happy to make my next furniture purchase from OSGO. read more

En Nov trato de cancelar mi orden ya que no queria esperar por mi comedor mas tiempo. Oscar me dijo que tenia que pagar un porcentaje por cancelar que en mi caso sería $700. Al cual yo no acepte porque ellos no cumplieron con su trato. Despues de no querer ningún trato con ellos hable al banco hacer un dispute. Estamos a Feb 2021 y aun los del banco no pueden resolver nada porque segun Oscar les contesto al banco que el comedor podía llegar entre Dec 2020 mas tardar Feb 2021. I ordered a bed and barstools for my new home from OSGO because I got a credit from my builder. Although initially there was a bit of a mixup with the credit Oscar went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied and taken care of every step of the process. My barstools were brand new and custom so they did take a while to get here but they're worth the wait. Worst experience ever. I ordered my furniture since January and just received it a week ago. The delivery guys rude as can be then to find out when the dropped off my merchandise they broke a vase my mother had for years. They had no reaction to what they did not even to let me know what they had broken until i got near it to see the broken pieces. I called my husband to let him know and have him call the store.
