She found the offer 15 minutes before the response was due, excusing the mishap saying they were at a wedding. The offer had been submitted at 12 midnight that morning. The buyer's agent negotiated with vigor and mine let them. I was hung out to dry.....my opinion. After the contract had been dealt with, I never heard from my agent until the day of closing, payday. If you decide to sell with this company or even buy through them, you will be disappointed and represented poorly.

We recently inherited a house in North Aurora that was built in the mid '50's. It was in need of…read moremajor repairs, upgrades and modernization before it could be placed on the market. This was a major project that I was not interested in supervising nor financing. We were contacted by John's company and I contacted a couple others. The bottom line is that RHS made us the best offer and they fulfilled all their promises to us. This is important because credibility is the most important factor for any business. After a plumbing inspection showed major repairs were required, they had the options of backing out entirely, reducing their offer or keeping their word and absorbing the expenses. I had been warned that many companies over-promise the owners on the initial bid and renegotiate the price down after the problems are discovered. When I mentioned this tactic to John during negotiations he said his company doesn't play such games. His philosophy is the "win-win" model. I can tell anyone who asks that they don't play games and they were true to their word to us. I recommend this company.
