She found the offer 15 minutes before the response was due, excusing the mishap saying they were at a wedding. The offer had been submitted at 12 midnight that morning. The buyer's agent negotiated with vigor and mine let them. I was hung out to dry.....my opinion. After the contract had been dealt with, I never heard from my agent until the day of closing, payday. If you decide to sell with this company or even buy through them, you will be disappointed and represented poorly.
