Cannot get permits because they are not providing the service they're being paid for. Complaints about any of this leads to abuse by Best Defense staff. Lady answered and when I explained I hadn't gotten a call yet, she said someone did call but I checked caller ID and their number never showed and there was no voicemail. Off phone, she spoke to a man and when she came back on, she said someone would be at my house at 10 am Thursday 1/12/23. 10 am came and went so I called to see if whoever was coming was at least on their way. Peter answered and he said, "no, no appointment was made, we just said someone would call you sometime this am." I used to be three strikes and you're out kind of guy, but with the level of service in the new business arena, I've become two strikes you're out kind of guy.
