Handbag shopping is therapy for me, and the Coach family is always very knowledgeable and ready to show the latest styles. They are never pushy or overbearing which allows for a wonderful shopping experience. I love that I can go into the store and try on the handbags of my choice that I have selected online. You can even order online and pickup in the store. However, it's best to purchase in the store so that the store receives the credit. After all, if we don't shop there, they may close! Wednesdays are sale days, so make sure you stop by then to also see the new drops. Coach is one of my favorite handbag companies and this location is my favorite to visit. The estimate of arrival was May 18, but it arrived much sooner at the store. The employees were very helpful in retrieving my order after I gave them my information. I was there maybe 10-15 minutes and in that time 5 team members interacted with me in some way, but never felt overbearing. I was able to purchase two shirts I love on sale which was great! I don't think the prices at this location are really "outlet" prices or any more on sale than a normal store or online even though it is located at the outlet mall (but maybe they just didn't have any extra specials going on the day I went).

Men's and women's clothing are separated out. Middle of the store left is men and middle of the store right is women. Small section in back, behind the men's clearance for children. They had some boxes out on the floor for Christmas stuff. Not ideal, but I understand that there's a lot of holiday merchandise to move this time of year (wrapping paper, gift bags, etc.) They had some fancy dutch ovens (Staub brand) that I could need one day. Will remember they have that. I couldn't leave without checking out the pet section. The dogs will always get discounted goods. He's my baby, but he is a dog at the end of the day.
