I hadn't visited this location in almost a year. Immediately, when I entered I saw my two favorite SAs, Jason and Ricky, who greeted me with big hugs. Yes, they know me by name, lol! Handbag shopping is therapy for me, and the Coach family is always very knowledgeable and ready to show the latest styles. They are never pushy or overbearing which allows for a wonderful shopping experience. I love that I can go into the store and try on the handbags of my choice that I have selected online. You can even order online and pickup in the store. However, it's best to purchase in the store so that the store receives the credit. After all, if we don't shop there, they may close! Wednesdays are sale days, so make sure you stop by then to also see the new drops. Coach is one of my favorite handbag companies and this location is my favorite to visit. I decided to visit the Coach store while hanging out at the outlet. This store is really well organized & arranged nicely. I browsed around and was impressed with their inventory. This was actually my first time here. I'm not typically a coach girl but I do value & appreciate the quality of their products. I found & purchased a purse & a wallet I liked. Both were last chance items so they were heavily discounted. This was a win!!!! The sales person, Johnathan that assisted me was very nice & helpful throughout my visit. They were sooo nice and helpful. My mom was looking for something specific the ladies who worked here found it for her. My dad had told her that he would buy her something and her Peanuts bag was out! He even let me throw a little something in too! I love the outlet for their quality and great prices! Coach seems to be a staple for outlet stores. I really can't thin of a factory outlet mall area that doesn't include a Coach store. This one is no different than any of the other locations. If you are hear during the holidays you can expect two things. Tons and tons of people and incredible sale prices. Expect to have deals ranging from 40 - 70% off the entire store. I'm sure these are last years models in many cases but at prices like that it seems hard to pay retail for any product. Staff was friendly and attentive checking to see if guests needed any help. Overall a really nice store and really well laid out. If you like the product line you should make sure to check out this factory outlet store. read more

This store has always been great to me. It tends to be my go to location for gifts for women in my life. The associates really do their best to help you match up your ideas with a reality. Not 5 stars because some employees can press and press you to purchase something you don't want to. I understand there is probably some incentive structure, but at times it is a bit over the top. read more

This is one of the small Coach Factory stores. I wish it had a wider selection. However, it's great that Birmingham is able to have this location. Although I have visited this location a couple of times, I have not made a purchase for myself. But I was able to find the purse that a friend was looking for that happened to be cheaper at this location than the factory outlets in TX and TN. I like that the store is located near one of the outlet archways for easy access. This may not be on GPS yet. From Birmingham, take I-20E toward Atlanta, take exit 140 for US-78W, turn left onto Parkway Drive SW (bottom of exit), take 1st right onto Grand River Pkwy, take 2nd right, turn left, park at end of lot. Once you walk into outlet, walk straight and you will see the Coach store. read more

Bought a coach bag in Orlando as a gift and was told we could return to any coach or coach factory within 30 days. Drove over an hour to this location after calling them the day before to confirm we could do that and they turned us away because it wasn't bought at their location. Now have to send it back via mail which will take even longer. Customer service was terrible, and the people there did not even apologize about not being able to accept a return and now we have to go through the added hassle of going to UPS... will not be shopping coach again because of this terrible experience. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

Not so super thrilled with this store. I'm in town and thought I'd see if they do complimentary bag cleaning like the store in Houston does. I spoke to an employee (not naming names because he was actually really friendly despite my overall experience.) who told me that he would clean my bag. Told him I'd be on my way before he left for the day. Drove through the rain for half an hour in an unfamiliar area only to be told tby the manager that they no longer clean bags at that location. Here's the thing. Even if the employee spoke out of turn, the manager's reaction should've have been to inform me that they no longer provide that service but since I had been misinformed and had driven half an hour to get to them that they'd be happy to make an exception. That wasn't what happened. That is called poor customer service. I don't expect over the top special service, but he was in the wrong here. It was the middle of a Friday in a rainstorm. How busy could he or the other two employees be? According the the original employee all he would do is rub the bag down with lotion and send me on my way. The employees couldn't handle that? read more
