The most pathetic service I have ever had and I come from a country with bad service!!!…read moreI can speak German, but I cannot moan effectively in German, so this is in English!! We personally took in our Jura coffee machine for repairs at the end of last year. It took 3 weeks and not one week. We were never phoned, always had to phone them. The rudest receptionist! The original problem seemed to be fixed and then 2 weeks later it started only working now and then and giving all sorts of different error messages. So we took it back in January. Same incompetent receiptionist. And they're always terribly busy, so can only look at your machine after a week (don't look very busy to me!!) So after 2 weeks I phone again (no one contacted us). They only looked at the tray that was stuck and I had to explain AGAIN all that was wrong (This time I think I spoke to the manager, I think, and he couldnt understand why I was so upset with them????) So then after 3 weeks I phone AGAIN and they said the machine had been ready for 3 days already, but NO-ONE phoned to notify us. So we fetched it and lo and behold - now it doesn't work AT ALL. So somehow they managed to break a machine while trying to fix a small thing. After all the bad reviews I cannot understand how they can still operate!! I am HIGHLY disappointed with their service and will probably have to pay some other company to fix what they messed up!!! (Probably no hope of getting our money back)

This large corporation located in the City Centre of Berlin has the absolute worst customer service…read morein any country we ever visited. We asked one of the cell phone representatives to assist with picking out a SIM card so we could text to USA. One man recommended one brand while another man said the first brand would not work and suggested we purchase the more expensive plan. The first two men spoke some English. After providing our passport, the customer service went from 7/10 to 1/10. Our passport showed USA citizenship: so we are suspicious that this store harbors resentment of Americans. All of sudden, none of the sales reps could understand English. After purchasing the SIM Card and inserting it into the cell phone, it did not work even after about 45 minutes. When we tried to seek assistance from any of the store clerks, none of them would speak English and said they couldn't help us. They motioned us to go up to the 5th floor to find a manager. There was no manager on the 5th Floor so they directed us back to the ground floor. The man who took our passport and entered into the system was no where to be found: he went on a coffee break and never returned. We then attempted to seek help from 2 other sales reps: one was an Asian man who spoke some English: the other was a nasty and rude young woman who rolled her eyes. She was dressed in street clothes and was purely unprofessional. She started cursing in German and ignored us and walked away. The experience was so bad, we will never chose Berlin as a vacation destination ever again. Shameful.

The worst customer service! I have never seen anything like…read morethis. I have waited for the dishwasher at least 18 days and now they canceled the order. THANK YOU! We find false offers on their website! Saturn, sells products that are not in stock! And they appear available on the website. I have waited to be contacted by a superior, but nothing, no contact. The same respect for customers as their employees from customer service & Aachen store. Zero professionalism. To avoid!
