After 41yrs of marriage and 4 children I didn't even get half of our credit card bills that my husband ran up. Nor did I get any kind of spousel support . As my husband would never let me work. And left me penniless he had dropped even our home owner insurance. He left me with bills from the marriage that I will spend the rest of my life paying off. And this is after the man had shot our son 4 times in the back. He never even told me my divorce was final I had to go to the court house to find that out for myself. if you are a women steer clear of this attorney. He's more worried about his looks than he is anything. Worst attorney I have ever had incounter with. He claims to be the best but he doesn't answer his phone you can't get a call back from him. Then he wants to slap other fees on the end of his service that he never provided. I will fight this attorney to the end before he ever get another dime out of me! He needs to be disbarred for his actions!!!! But in Eastland county he will continue to practice but i have to wonder if the man even went to college. They finally managed to only get my divorce to be done with child custody seperate. Still have to pay 2300 for a medical evaluation as about two years of psychiatric treatment is being ignored. Brady has not responded to messages or calls to the office for like a week and a half.Not to mention they took so long to accomplish even that one of my properties is now in forclosure after they agreed to have me pay over the legal limit in child support for my number of children. In short they bent me over harder than opposing counsel.
