Not having a good agent is like using the store brand tissues that feel like sandpaper and having a good agent is like the super luxuriant lotiony pillowy goodness. Obviously calling and asking them to change something like automatic deductions and going to their website to confirm the change was completed, they still take your money. Now, I have to jump through a bunch of hoops including filing a freedom of information act to try to get the records from the Department of Motor Vehicles that prove that the vehicle was titled in another person's name in October of 2013.
