The crew they currently are using does a very nice job. I had a two story pool cage built and it had some very large beams to be placed up on scaffolding, so it was not an easy job. The guys worked all day each day and they cleaned up after themselves pretty well. They taped off everything before painting and took care when removing existing gutters. I have dealt with a lot of truly terrible subcontractors over the past two years as I am doing a large remodel so maybe I have low expectations, but I would hire these guys again. read more

If I could give a zero I would. They did not complete job. The paint was watered down to the degree that taping to do pool work has it peeling off and we need to hire someone to repair it. They have come out agreed that things needed to be fixed but never showed to do it. They agreed to reimburse for door painting they did not do yet have not reimbursed us. We filed with Better Business, have pictures of all peeling, statement from company that is doing repairs to their work and looking at small claims court. read more

tried to use them twice now. first time they billed us but didn't do the work, everyone makes mistakes. Tried them again said they would be here, no show. then said they came and couldn't tell which one to fix...uh the two flapping in the wind?? then said they did the work, came home and still flapping in the wind. terrible! read more

Customer is always right, not here. Order dark screen, like is in my garage screen doors, with salesperson. This was to be installed on bottom section of cage. The top was to be standard screen. They installed different mesh sizes, but same light color screen. Owner told me I should have called and went over, what I really meant. I though I did that with salesperson who came to house, and took order, on what was to be done. We went back and forth several times. I will now have another company ,remove Osprey installed screens, and have screen I wanted installed. read more

I would also give a zero if I could. Very poor communication....actually none at all. We gave Osprey Pro Screen a deposit a month before Hurricane Ian and never heard from them again. We had to stop payment on our check after trying multiple ways and times to get in touch with them. I usually don't hold grudges but I hope this company goes under. read more

Experienced many scheduling issues with Osprey Pro Screen - pretty obvious they are more concerned with their schedule and convenience than the customer's. They called one hour before arriving one morning, I was out and when I returned I was surprised to find my lanai screen half torn down. The owner spoke about sending a "crew" to do the job. The "crew" was one guy. The work man spoke very broken English and it was difficult to communicate anything to him. He ripped out some screens that were expressly excluded from the job which had to be replaced. The worker parked his truck with the front tires on the grass in my lawn and his older truck leaked oil on my driveway pavers. When the work was done the workman didn't replace the lawn furniture nor make any effort to blow or sweep away the leftover splines and screen scraps - just left them on the deck and hanging in the landscape. I had to spend an hour cleaning up after him. The actual work - in terms of quality of screen material and worksmanship - was pretty good. They know how to replace screens but need to learn how to interface with customers, respect their time and their property. Definitely not the cheapest price in town but I bought because the owner bragged about his "five star ratings." Actually if you go on Yelp.com there is only one rating and it is two stars out of five. It will be even worse after I post mine. In my opinion, you are paying five star prices for a 3.5 star at best experience. I'm sure that opinions and experiences vary - this is just my impressions and experience with this company. read more

After completing the refurbishing of the pool cage, I had to clean up all the old and dropped replacement screws from the pool deck. They did not sweep up. Also, a fair amount of overspray was left on the house. After 2 months of trying to get the situation resolved, I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint.
