BEWARE, they rescreened my large cage, cut the screen too short so it came out of the spline. They emailed and said that they would fix it. Week after week, emails and calls ignored. Reported them to the better business bureau. Finally he showed up, inspected it and offered to replace the panel with a cheap screen, different from what i paid for and the rest of the cage. I declined. They continued to ignore the better business bureau. Now i have to have it fixed and will take them to court for the full amount. If I could rate them a "0" I would. I called them Wed before the hurricane. They then tell me they don't have me scheduled. They were on my street yesterday so I was able to grab them. NO other company has raised their prices since the hurricane except Classic. They usually charge $150 per screen, but wanted to charge me $900 for 5 screens saying that it was hard to get materials. I feel very "taken" by them and feel that this is poor customer service and business practice. They are taking advantage of people in time of need. I will never use them again! read more

Caused thousands in property damage by slamming ladders into mature shrubs breaking branches. See Photos of ladder slamming and aftermath. This was June 2021. Fast forward to October 2022 after hurricane Ian come to find out that rather than install 1 panel per space in order to save time they stretched screen over multiple panels so when 1 rips u have to replace 5 see picture. Company is a complete dumpster fire, run do not walk away as they did the exact same to our neighbors as well in regards to 1 piece of screen covering multiple panels. read more

I was going to give Classic Rescreening only four (4) stars because it takes an extremely long time to get the work scheduled. Looks like they're booked a month or two in advance. Having said that, we were super happy with the work they did. Classic Rescreening is a professional, top-notch company. After constructing a small office type area in our lanai they suggested we move the screen door as well. Never thought of that. Good idea. We paid a little extra to have a new door installed. As for the "office area", after living in Florida over two (2) decades, you'd think I'd know all the A/C in the universe ain't keeping the heat out. SMH. read more

Classic Rescreening replaced all of the screens on our large pool cage in May of this year. They were very professional and charged a reasonable price. I recently noticed that two of the panels had come loose in two short sections. I sent the company and email on Friday asking them to repair the problem areas. We had some of our pool cage screens repaired and two window screens. The next day I called and informed them that the screen windows had a half inch gap between the screen and the window frame. They asked me to send them a picture which I did. They said they would get back to me later in the day, but no one did. I tried again calling for the next two days and no one picked up and the voice mail box was full So I couldn't leave a message. However, I did text them but no reply. Their work is good, I just wish they would've set up their work site in the parking area instead of 10 feet from the pool and 2 feet away from my back patio. They were sawing 2 feet from our patio. I just had my pool cage rescreened. They pressure washed the entire cage and surrounding pool surface. They also replaced all the hardware which had rusted and fixed the screen door hardware. I also had a kick plate added to protect the bottom of the screen from rodents and weedwackers. It also keeps out much of the dust from mowing the yard. They did an excellent job, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them. By the way, their pricing was in line with other estimates I received. read more

I moved to Fla just in time to be blasted by IAN (12 hours inside a tornado), trying to get anyone to come and help repair was a difficult enough of a job, so I didn't mind a bit of a wait if I could find a company to respond with reasonable estimates. Well, Classic Rescreening came to my home and gave me an estimate for rescrewing & rescreening my pool cage that I accepted. Ok, had to wait about a month but do you want a rush job or quality? When three very friendly gentlemen showed to do the job, they immediately got right to work. It was very interesting to see how they dealt with the heights, angles and got off the rusted on for life screw difficulties they encountered. They worked very hard and did a meticulous job. Very satisfied. Crew did a fine job rescreening and refurbishing my pool enclosure. Large crew worked hard in humid 90+ heat without break (except lunch). Both men are very hard workers, only took a brief lunch break. They replaced all screens, door hardware, and all rusty screws in lanai cage w stainless steel (all they use).
