Bad Point - Sometimes some of the reception staff are a little short with people... If they were less rude it'd be the ultimate doctor's surgery.

The lady at the reception shoved a paper in my face and told me to go read it on how to book an appointment. There was no one waiting there except me. I wanted to tell her that I'm not a scanner but a person and she can just talk to me like real people do. Additionally she was not prepared to register me on the system until that afternoon (when asked when she would register me, she said "It depends on how busy I am", followed with "Everyone has critical problems, not just you"). The air of nonchalance was frustruating. I will be struggling back home and then making my way back once they have graced me with an appointment. I had hurt my shoulder . They gave me an appointment the same day. I met with Hazel, the resident Osteopath and she was fantastic. She was so thorough in her assessment of me and the work she did that day really helped my shoulder. She followed up with me a couple of days later and I luckily only needed one more appointment. The service I got was thorough. The value was good and they didn't push you into treatment you didn't need. I felt they were trustworthy and committed to giving their clients the best possible treatment. On top of this they were really friendly. I would highly recommend them.

With a handful of impeccably trained osteopaths, an acupuncturist my mother swears by called Ann Bradford, naturopaths, kinesiologists, and yoga and pilates classes, the list of this clinic's merits and services could go on and on. Appointments are easy to come by and if you are an urgent case they will slot you in. The receptionists are warm and friendly and somehow this is the only doctors I have ever been to where I have not had to wait past my appointment time magic.
