I was not getting some of my notices from the SSA, and my point of contact at SSA was unreachable and refused to answer voice messages (sixteen separate occasions) - even when I was calling at their "urgent" written instruction. In one case one of my doctors had attempted to provide documentation numerous times, following instructions provided by SSA, all without success. None of the options provided by the SSA were working.
