In our 10 days in Gaeta, my wife and I have visited incredible restaurants, until this one.
The food and the service were terrible. The tiella seemed to be reheated in a microwave leaving the crust hard and the polpi rubbery. The first course of pasta with clams and mussels was very salty. The bread was good. Wine was ok. The waitress was rude and curt. She was pleasant to all the tables except ours, perhaps because we are American - who knows.
Gaeta is a very friendly city. The food is delicious and people are welcoming. We look forward to coming back, but will avoid this restaurant! read more
