For some reason, the edges of the pizza seemed cold and lacked toppings, but the main part of the pizza and the good majority of it was fine. I would have liked the onions consistently one size, there were tiny strands of onions and larger chunks on the pizza. Service was a little slow, the staff did seem friendly when they were with me though, I did find the wait to get my bill a little frustrating as I hate hanging around restaurants after I finish eating, especially when dining alone. After taking my order, the staff member said "one moment" and walked off to the kitchen, she didn't explain her absence either, this has never happened to me in a restaurant before, it just seemed strange especially considering the restaurant wasn't busy. 3* - Pretty decent for a chain Italian, nothing too special or exciting but certainly did do the job and fill me on my trip to Shrewsbury and I would consider returning.
