When we had called ahead to make a reservation, we mentioned that I have celiacs and were curious about what the gluten free options were and by the time we arrived for dinner, the owner's wife had made homemade gluten free pasta special for me! Completely blown away. As usual, the food was incredible, as were the truffles. Musts from Re Tartu are fondue with truffles and the scrambled eggs with truffles... I crave both dishes all the way from Seattle.
