I called them and asked if they would come pick it up replace the belt and fix the other problems and deliver it. They said yes. It is fixed, works as it should, was done in quick time, (less than a week), and best of all the price was reasonable. I hope I don't have any new problems, but, if I do, this is who I would want to service the mower. It is 45 years old. Nags Head is a winter address.
