Cool location inside Old Town Kissimmee but also a little challenging too, particularly when coming in the weekend as free parking is very limited. We were greeted by Javier as soon as we walked in and my son was immediately sat in one of the barber chairs so no wait! Angel was kind, took his time, and gave my son a fantastic haircut. His skills were impressive as well as he used the razor, scissors, and clippers, paying attention to the details of the cut, finishing off by making sure my son was happy with the result. This is a great small barber shop that does a great job. It's owned by a small business owner who helps support upcoming youth and his town. They did a great job for me several times! It helps if you speak Spanish, but they are welcoming even for gringos like me. read more

Whenever I'm away on vacation in the area this is the only barbershop I go to. I asked them to give me an under cut and shape up my eyebrows and they were so thorough. The owner helped make sure everything was lined up perfectly. A father and son walk into a barber shop.... looking for a punchline? This place was no joke. My son and I were in town for a few days and I saw all the great reviews and took a chance. We arrived and it was clean and bright with multiple chairs and 2 barbers. Javier the owner chatted us up and let us know that they were by appt only (download booksy app). I let him know that I tried to make an appt via YELP and it was down. He appreciated my business and after a short wait allowed us to work in. I will be honest the whole time we waited I was in awe of he an BlueEyes professionalism and expertise at hair and beard maintenence. I even commented I want to grow a beard so I could come back. This barbershop is honestly the best. We were in town for vacay and my brother didn't have anytime to get a haircut before going to Florida. We googled a good barbershop near us and this was at the top of the list; and I am so glad it was! We called and asked if there was any availability and the owner told us to go ahead and dropped by. When we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a friendly atmosphere. Within 5 minutes he was seated. The haircut took an appropriate amount of time; and was excellent. The shop is located at Old Town Florida near the rides. The ship was a clean, and has a fun atmosphere. The barbers were professional, and knowledgeable about different styles. I had the best experience at this barbershop yesterday. I'm only here for Disney but wanted to get my son's hair cut. Based on this establishments wonderful reviews, I knew I was gambling by showing up with no appointment. Javier asked me to have a seat and said he'd see what they could do. In the meantime, he offered us water and gave my 4 yo a lollipop. Somehow they managed to fit us in and Gloria gave my son a very neat, nice, professional, outstanding haircut. And now that he is in old town with his own place, just makes it convenient to bring my grandsons too. After our haircuts we ride the train for free. It saddens me to leave a negative review but then again if you'd like to keep your status you should have hired professionals( not meaning your licensed to cut). We called about 3:15pm asking if they accept walk-ins or appointments, they said they accept walk-ins but the cut off time is at 3pm (understandable). The gentleman that answered the phone was explaining how we can book, I told him no it's ok we are out of town and we're looking for today. He asked where we were staying by and I told him our gps from our hotel says we are 6 mins always and he said no worries we will squeeze you in. Also, just an FYI when your shop is searched on google it states you guys close at 6pm. When my husband gets there, he is asked if it's for him or a child (I guess they thought it would be a child? They NEVER asked). This is where things go sour because the barber assumed he is non-Spanish speaking and proceeds to complain in Spanish about how he is basically wasting his time on my husband and could of done two people in the time he's taken doing his hair cut. Yeah I guess if you're only cutting children hair which is what I guess he prefers. Also stating he is in a hurry and by that point my husband already wants to leave and told him not to even style his hair or anything because the guy was just complaining the whole time. Anyways, you should have more common sense to not speak badly in another language(that you don't know of one speaks) about someone you are servicing and is paying you for your time but then again, common sense isn't so common.
