How I Help: A Foundation of Manual Therapy
My primary focus is the manual manipulation of the fascial system to restore mobility. To enhance these results, I introduce complementary modalities only when they are clinically indicated to support the manual work:
IASTM & Cupping: I utilize Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Therapeutic Cupping to mechanically decompress tissue and break down stubborn adhesions, preparing the fascia for deeper manual release.
Dolphin Neurostim (MPS): Used to "re-plug" the body’s nervous system, this is essential for my scar release protocols. It softens fibrotic tissue and reduces the physical tethering caused by surgical sites.
Ultrasound & Paraffin: These thermal tools are used to increase deep-tissue temperature and metabolic activity, making dense tissue more pliable for manual manipulation.
Ice Massage: Introduced specifically for acute inflammation management and to provide a natural analgesic effect during intensive recovery phases.
