The communication between management and the residents are horrible. Management fails 95% of the time to communicate to their residents when the elevators are down. The elevators are almost always broken. There is only one elevator that goes to the 8th floor and it breaks multiple times a week, which causes unnecessary tardiness and an inconvenience to my guests. The residents are loud, inconsiderate, and let their dogs use the toilet in every common area possible. Some residents have questionable guests who engage in criminal acts such as using drugs in the building (also around children) and steal from the parking deck (including my own license plate and someones car). Multiple units including my own deal with roach problems that don't seem to end. The finishes of the fixtures and details in the apartment and property are very sloppy. Don't move here. Don't.
