This review is more directed towards Dr Drew's head nurse. I scheduled an appointment weeks ago, was never told that I was seeing a PA. I get there this morning and was told that I was scheduled with the PA so I asked if Dr Drew was available. The receptionist called in the nurse who came in with a diary of the number of times she called me down to the second and boy did she reiterate the fact that I didn't answer. From the word go, she starts playing the blame game. I was actually stunned at how she presented me with "receipts " of the 2 attempts she made to contact me. Prior to this appointment I spoke to that office twice and at no time was I told that I would be seeing a PA. It is just so insensitive to just come out swinging blaming a patient It is unfortunate because from the reviews it seems he is probably a good doctor. His staff, namely, his "head" nurse leaves much to be desired. I was disappointed with not being able to see him, but would have probably still saw the PA because I had been suffering for months, waiting for weeks for the appointment, took off work, and driven a considerable distance. But this nurse completely turned me off, just smug with nothing to offer but indifference and "receipts "......down to the second. read more
