Made an appointment for a day and time that suited my schedule. Showed up at the designated time. The work was done in 45 minutes, and I was on my way knowing that I'd be ready for the next snow storm. The visit confirmed a number of things about this business. 1) the manager is good at what he does, and has decent product knowledge. 2) if you're in the market for new brand-name tires, this is not the place to go. 3) their used tire selection and price is quite good 4) the waiting room is very welcoming for customers who need to wait while the work is being done.
