Check in was relatively easy and the wait time was reasonable, both in the waiting area and in the exam room. X rays were needed and performed on site. The staff from the nurse to the receptionist were very professional. I was really pleased with the medical providers and knowledge. All the lab work for a general physical is on-site. Everyone knows what they're doing and do it quite well. It's clean, attractive and comfortable. But it's the people that make it for me. I got old, and things don't work like they used to. Damages of my you persisted. They see I get good care. I don't mean they fawn over me, or kiss up. No coddling. No. I mean they show care properly. I paid the bill with my HSA less than two weeks after receiving the bill but still received a collections call from them. They said payment is due immediately and it was past due. That is a terrible way to treat customers. I emailed the owner and his response was that I should have paid off the Explanation of Benefits I received a few weeks before the bill was processed. Their inability to bill in a timely manner does not excuse the rude treatment I received from Tiffany when she called about my "past due" payment. He has treated me like a family member and continues to be one of the top doctors on "my team". I am not a diabetic but I have severe neuropathy which requires constant monitoring and he has been there the whole time. He goes above and beyond. His office is small but absolutely worth the wait. You see the Doctor, no PA's or NP's. He takes the time to listen to you and all your issues. He is an excellent surgeon, but makes sure you need an operation before he cuts. One of my stories is that I was not going to be admitted to the hospital because the admitting doctor thought I just had a respiratory issue. My daughter called Dr. DiNucci to tell him I wouldn't be at my appointment and the reason. He came to the hospital and explained to the emergency room doctor that he was my doctor and I needed to be admitted because something wasn't right. As it turned out I had MRSA and it had went systemic. The infectious disease doctor told me that if I had not been admitted, I would have probably died that night. Dr. DiNucci saved my life!
