He took the same amount of time with my dad. Dr. Saldana's staff (both front and back office) were friendly, yet efficient. They also took an extra step a week later to make sure my mom's referral had gotten ahold of her with a short phone call to confirm. We will definitely be returning to this caring office.

After choosing to call here, I was immediately put on hold for over 10 minutes no explanation. While on hold I completed a chore, got in the car and drove almost 10 miles before I finally hung up. I called back and the phone was immediately answered by the same person who had put me on hold. Obviously too busy for my business and my kids' so I will keep looking. Horrible first impression you can't overcome.
