First and foremost they refused to comply with the Dr I am now seeing with medical records requests with my personal signature on paper work. If I could o back and know what I know now I would listen to my family.They operated on my foot twice both a failure. I have nothing but pain and ongoing problems since. The best part of the whole thin is they had me on a knee scooter for a year. I am still having problems learning to walk properly. I just finished up with wound care and am trying to get a thing made for my shoe (don't know medical term) and a brace to be able to walk properly. In hind sight if you have foot problems do some reasearch and find someone competent. This review replaces the review I formerly wrote as now I know a different story. Oh by the way the first surgery Shah and Hasmukh told me I broke the metal plate. Now after seeing other Dr's all told me no you didn't break the steel It was put in by incompetent surgeon. My seven year old had two ingrown toenails that he took care of and she looks forward to seeing him he is always very silly with her and makes her feel comfortable and gets a treat after each visit, I had surgery on my foot June 21, the staff at the hospital we're great and explained everything to me the Anesthesiologist and the nurses were all fantastic and very professional. He gave me his phone number for the weekend in case I needed anything I did call him Saturday for the pain and to see what kind of dosage I needed on the medication he took my call quickly and I appreciate everything he does.

I made a review yesterday and said I would change it if the service I received today would have…read morechanged my mind. NO. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. I was wanting the Keryflex treatment for a broken toe nail that never grew back. I called about 3 weeks to a month ago. The person who answered the phone repeated said she would call me back to schedule an appointment and never did. I was the one who had to keep calling to try to get service. She said that I had to see the doctor which I was willing to do, but after further discussion she said that she could schedule an apt and if the technician saw it and deemed it ok to do the treatment they would, if not I would be turned away. FINE. I have been to doctors and I know I do not have any problems, so I was fine with this being that I am sure I do not have issues, but I was also willing to go see their doctor. I a runner and a hiker, so that the cause. I have nothing, no fungus, no discoloration, no nothing, it is just super short. I kept calling and finally got an apt with the technician, I asked for the address but was driving and she said she would text me, never did, said I would get a text confirmation, never did. I had to call again and finally she did text the address the day before treatment (actually while I was typing yesterday's review). Mind you, all this happen more than just once. Today, the day of, I get a call from the technician that they cannot perform the procedure. I live about 40 minutes away and was about to leave. Who knows about the spa side of this, but the office side is ridiculous. NO common sense, no knowledge of procedures, and no customer service. The person who answers the phones is a complete idiot. I had been looking forward to the service. Why in the world would I have NOT seen the doctor if I had to? Why would she have scheduled an appointment for me if I had NOT seen the doctor and knew I had to in order to receive the treatment? Unfortunately these idiots are the only people in SA who do this. My recommendation, don't go to these people for anything. There are a lot of podiatrist in SA that are professional and have a knowledgeable office staff. To be clear, the customer service was so bad, I will never know how the "actual service" really is. I wouldn't bother. Funny how I was weary about it to begin with. Also when you call, it sounds like a cell phone, I even wondered if it was a real doctors office. Go somewhere else, don't even chance it.

From the beginning did not feel like I as in a professional facility much less a medical one…read more Run down place, sign missing letters, hallway could use fresh paint, ceiling tiles replaced, even the vital blood pressure cuff they used on me should be thrown away, was old. Staff was friendly but seemed young and just clerks, not really certified as a professional physical therapist. Did not seem very motivated, and the main staff person I assume to be office manager was wearing black sweat pants and a black hooded top. After massive paper work, I had to wait for the Doctor, which I could hear in one of the rooms. The longer I waited the more I felt as if I was not going to get the best care for my symptoms. I felt more like it was a room rented in a third world country, some strip mall just to go through the motions and perhaps get paid by insurance/lawyers. Even though previously on the phone they said they had massage, it was not from a massage therapist, but by one of the clerks who the staff said they train. After I got very weary the longer I was there, and confirmed it was lacking my needs, in the caliber and high standards I would expect a medical facility to provide, I left.

Was in and out in 15 minutes. Amazing work. Pediatrist make well over six figs annually, and yet Dr. ford chooses to stay in south side San Antonio bc he has a heart for the people. Amazing.

After my session, I feel she's better than my regular dr. She's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She checked a few areas and got to work, knowing exactly what to do. She was gentle when she needed to be and caring about my discomfort, she didn't just start cracking bones. I'm definitely going back!
