A call was promised the following week to schedule the window measuring. The call was never received. I called the next week and an appointment set for the following week. Design Center was a no show. No call about not showing or to reschedule the missed appointment was received. I have since called and left three messages over the course of two days, still no return call. I feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, big mistake! I called Graber, discussed the lack of customer service and am moving on to another Graber vendor. I suggest anyone considering Design House in Whitney do the same.

It was a delightful experience. All provide friendly service and attention to detail. There is no cost to visit, but you may find their wares pricey. But you need to know that everything is handmade by experts in their craft. Their Homestead Heritage Cafe serves great coffee and is a delightful place to spend some time sipping a cup of coffee or tea. The Homestead Heritage Restaurant is worth the visit (make a reservation though as it fills up).
