I just don't think/can't imagine why or how the service provider would justify complying with a customer request for such an item, which could mean that the customer may cancel the service which was meant for that cell phone/device...

My husband does a lot of business in here. Unlike a lot of the Cash Americas who have lost their sense of customer service this shop is all about customer service. However, they kindly wait for you to approach the counter instead of being pushy. When you approacg with tge item they ask "Sale or loan?" and if you are simply taking a loan on it thy ask "How much do you need?" and negotiate fairly. On one instace I was waiting for my transaction to process and witnessed another customer being rude and short with the female staff member and the staff member never raised her voice or disrespected the customer. She calmly got a manager and helped the next customer. The only downside is that when you go to claim your merchandise you must pay cash. So remember to go in with the full amount you need to reclaim your item and bring the pawn ticket if possible!
