I placed 3 orders for different locations/states, this being one of them. All day I checked in on orders and for some reason this one didn't update, I had called numerous times and began to stress out since nobody was answering. Finally I received a call back with clearer information on my order and the woman I spoke to was so sweet and understanding and I apologized for being overly stressed about my order. My mom, step dad and grandma who's turning 100 in January got their order around 630pm today 12/23. Danielle just called and left me a voicemail, I believe she's a manager/supervisor and I was honestly pleasantly surprised by their prompt response to get back to me and check in that the order was delivered. It's hard enough living states away from family and I appreciate the hard work put into getting this gift to my family!

I'm so glad I did! My place needed more greenery since I left all my plants behind when I moved to Utah. The staff was super kind and helpful in picking out a pot, and she even held my plant while I was at the library. She gave me a heads up before closing, so I could come back in time. For a small shop, they have a good variety--from small to large plants plus cute non-plant items, too. Metered street parking is available, or use the public library parking structure. I think the first 2 hrs are free with validation.

The arrangement was gorgeous and full of beautiful flowers, the lily's filled the room with the prettiest floral smell. I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.
