I will say the Yelp reviews sent me into straight anxiety. My order was placed last night for next day delivery on a very busy holiday weekend. I placed 3 orders for different locations/states, this being one of them. All day I checked in on orders and for some reason this one didn't update, I had called numerous times and began to stress out since nobody was answering. Finally I received a call back with clearer information on my order and the woman I spoke to was so sweet and understanding and I apologized for being overly stressed about my order. My mom, step dad and grandma who's turning 100 in January got their order around 630pm today 12/23. Danielle just called and left me a voicemail, I believe she's a manager/supervisor and I was honestly pleasantly surprised by their prompt response to get back to me and check in that the order was delivered. My husband sent me an Edible Arrangements Mother's Day Package that cost $115! It came with a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries, a bouquet of flowers and a card. The strawberries were delicious but didn't have the variety of white and dark chocolate like he ordered, the flowers were like the $15 bouquet you get at Costco and the card was nothing more than a piece of blank card stock folded in half with the message my husband gave over the phone typed inside. Certainly not what the website showed. Unfortunately this will be the last time we use this service. read more

Horrible. DO NOT ORDER! Placed an order 12/21/22 that was promised to be delivered 12/22/22 to a business. I also paid extra for a customized card. I was notified it had been delivered on Saturday 12/24, but to who?? They are closed!! I drove by and my order was left outside, on the ground, without a card (hours are clearly posted on the door). I have called many times over 3 days and left many messages. No one is responding and now they are just picking up the phone and hanging up without saying hello. I drove over I high mountain pass with WAAAYY more snow than the WET valley to pick up my order...wasted 6 hours of my life and a ruined birthday. Was told an employee would be there at three and would call me for pick up if I was still around ... well it is 8;33 pm and no call. We went in to order a box of chocolate dipped strawberries for same-day pickup, and a fruit bouquet for pickup a few days later. They told us the strawberries would be ready in a half hour, so we went shopping for a few hours. We stopped by to pick them up and it took them an additional 15 minutes to "put them in a box." So that was a pretty poor experience. Going in today to pick up the bouquet was great though. They were all ready and I was in and out in a minute flat. The fruit was all perfectly ripe, from the melons and pineapple to the strawberries. That bouquet saved my impression of this Edible Arrangements. They have a 20% off deal with specific items for pick-up only orders. We ended up getting the $49 strawberries and the $85 bouquet for $110 total. Great deal! read more

So I had placed an order threw this shop ( being that I live a state away) I asked the shop to contact recipient before delivering... I am so glad I did!!! Not only was the delivery done later than expected but they received THE WRONG ORDER!!! My friend caught the mistake and was able to call the delivery person back!!! Here is the interesting part.... The delivery drive seems upset about the mistake, once there was an exchange, my friend noticed that the card/message had been removed from the actual package belonging to her. Notified order was out for delivery at 1:00pm, at 10:00pm, order never arrived to the recipient, called next day Saturday 8/4/2023 spoke with manager once again, I was informed the fruit arrangement was out for delivery, requested for the arrangement to be remade fresh and delivered with in 2 hours with a refund due to the situation. Refund was granted but Natasha NEVER followed thru with the order, quite apparent original order was never out for delivery on Friday either. I ordered an edible arrangement for my wife's birthday. In the order confirmation, it was stated that it would be delivered the same day. At 7 PM, it still had not been delivered, so i started looking for any information about when it was expected. For residential deliveries, the website stated it could be as late as 9 PM. After waiting until 9 PM, with no delivery and no communication, i called the customer service number on the website. After making it through the series of questions from the automated system, i was informed that the customer service call center was closed. In the morning, i waited until about 9:45 AM, and still nothing. I called customer service again and cancelled the order. I was informed that they would call the store and cancel the order. At approximately 10:30 the delivery unexpectedly arrived at the door. My wife i formed the delivery driver that i had canceled the order to which the driver responded to the effect of, "Was it because it was not delivered yesterday?" I am apalled at the lack of communication. I would not recommend working with Edible Arrangements based on this experience. read more

I have used them twice now. The products are great but the service/management seem to be very poor. The first time I ordered using the website. I live less than a mile away and it took a good 8 hours to get the product delivered. I made another order last Friday and called 8 hours after the order to find out that their driver had quit and they were struggling to make deliveries. They couldn't give me a solid eta for delivery. Saturday afternoon I called again to find out it still had not been delivered. The manager told me they would include 2 small stuffed bears at no cost so that made be feel better. They expected the delivery to be made Saturday evening. They delivery was not made until Sunday late afternoon! and no bears! They missed their commitments multiple times and did not deliver with the bears as promised. I cannot recommend using these guys and provably won't use them again. Very disappointing. read more

Ridiculous. I arranged for a birthday gift to be sent to my parents over the weekend, and used their online system to set it up. Saturday rolled around: nothing was delivered but their online system said the order was complete. I called Tuesday morning (why no customer service on Sundays, even if the deliveries aren't open?) to check on the order, and without any explanation or apology, they said they'd deliver it Wednesday by 5:30pm. When I asked why not sooner, the person on the phone told me "Because it's a slow day and my driver wants to go home." Nice. Well, Wednesday came and went and no gift was delivered, even though they said they'd throw in an extra box of chocolates for the trouble. Man, this place has undergone a 180 turnaround. The new manager, Melissa is always so professional and helpful. I order these arrangements for mu clients and I stopped ordering from them for a while because of inconsistency and poor customer care. I came back a few months ago and was delighted by how kind and caring, quick and professional things were since they hired a new manager. Melissa deserves a big holiday bonus for turning this store around. She won my business back and I'm very particular about who I give my hard earned money to! read more

I was reluctant to order from this store because of the poor online reviews. For that reason, I chose to pick up my order rather than have it delivered so I could be sure the quality was adequate. My experience was great! My arrangement looked awesome and the manager was super helpful and friendly. I asked her to help me get my two part order to the car because I have a broken ankle and am not walking well yet. She was so accommodating and then pointed out that we were twins as she came out from behind the counter with a boot on her foot too! I'm glad the other poor reviews didn't keep me away because my experience was a very positive one. Since last night, I've attempted to call this shop repeatedly, and end up being dumped into a line for customer service every time. Please don't order from here. If they get overwhelmed with orders, they turn their phone off and just don't deliver. I ordered (EXPENSIVE) for my daughter for Valentines Day, and they never showed up. I called the store all day, and their phone was off. I emailed them, no answer. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my father an arrangement on June 14th to be delivered on June 18th, the day before Father's Day. I called my dad today which is Father's Day and he did not receive anything! I called the store and they proceeded to tell me that the truck broke down Saturday and deliveries were being made today. I never got a notification of this delay and the girl I talked to on the phone took down my number to call me after she called her manager. Needless to say I never got a call back. I called the store again and they were closed. I called corporate and put in a complaint as well. As a pregnant mom I have been craving edible arrangements chocolate covered strawberries and bananas. My husband ordered me 2 arrangements from them 2 weeks ago. One was to be delivered on Mother's Day and the other to be delivered today (the day after). I tried calling their store during posted business hours several times on Mother's Day to see when it would be delivered because we planned to be out. I only reached a recording each time and even attempted to leave a message. The delivery never came and I never received a call. I began calling this morning to check on both of my orders and called several times before I reached a person. I even tried to email the store and when I would input my order number it would say "invalid order number" and wouldn't allow me to send the message. The manager informed me that about 40 orders were left in the truck overnight last night and never got delivered, mine being one of them. I offered to come pick up my orders this evening at 630 to give them plenty of time to try to catch back up and make my orders. Plus they don't actually deliver on base where we live and I would have had to go meet them outside of the gate anyway. I arrived at 630 and they still weren't ready. Another customer and I waited another 40 minutes for our orders to be ready. They "gave" us each a 6 count of dipped strawberries per order for our trouble. I say "gave" because once I got home I looked up exactly what my husband spent over $200 on and the order I received was not exactly what he had ordered. Our order was supposed to have a 12 count of swizzle berries with them that were not there. Also on our banana and berry bouquet it was supposed to have 24 dipped bananas and there were only 16. My husband paid extra for the bananas because those are my absolute favorite. The manager and 1 worker that was there were very nice and apologetic for the trouble and refunded our delivery fees. This location overall is terribly staffed and not well run. I am extremely disappointed in our experience with this location and especially that my husband spent so much $ on this and we didn't even receive all that we were supposed to. There is a legitamate reason this business has less than an average rating. They failed to deliver an arrangement then took 3 months and much effort on my part before I was reimbursed for the mistake. I left a negative review on their web site but they took it it down. Be cautious if you use this franchise. Not sure why they're in business but they're not very organized and definitely lack in customer service! read more

And called the farmington location right after to confirm .. was told it would be delivered to my mom at work by 4.. called my mom at five .. she never recieved them. . They called her. . So i gave them her home address and was told again it would be delivered today. . Is now after 10pm.. no calls. . No delivery. . And my mom has no birthday gift. .
