I mean this moth must have had a big appetite to eat that much in a week. Now I am wondering if I should call humane society to take care of this moth that is in my closet. The owner looked at my coat and asked if he could suggest having it cleaned at the end of the season. I said I preferred to do it now as even though it did not look dirty I wanted to freshen it up. He looked at the label which read 'dry clean'. He went further and read the fabric content of the coat, then he said that based on the fabrics I could wash it at home. I washed it on a delicate cycle in cold water, tumbled it in the dryer for a few minutes on low temp and now it hanging to finish drying. Turned out perfect! Highly recommended!!!

They even gave a change room/area to allow you to put on the garment needing alterations and the lady fits and marks accordingly. They are quick and efficient and can accommodate rush service and even text you when your items are ready to be picked up! I love this place and recommend them to all!

I asked why are you being so mean and he stated Brown people are so cheap and he overcharges white peoples all the time by charging them $10 a shirt. I've never had anyone throw laundry at me. The racism comment was strange as he himself is Brown. Don't know how this place exists. Left really upset as he had never been rude in the past. Not a recommended place to go to.

On Friday I go to pick up, and of course NOT ready! Dressing for the wedding was frustrating as I went to do up the only 2 buttons at the back of my neck, and guess what? THEY ARE MISSING!! The same with my husband's dress shirt! My husband safety pinned the jumpsuit at my neck, but therefore i couldn't undo it myself, every time I used the ladies room!! At least look things over before the customer picks up!! Customer service is awful! I want to be reimbursed for the dry cleaning money. SAVE YOUR BUTTONS AND MONEY, STEAM CLEAN IT IN YOUR OWN SHOWER! It's real and not glued, only sewn where the seams are. They also said it would be finished in 2 weeks, instead, more than a month later, was it finished and not even a good clean.
