Shoe range and veils/tiaras etc is poor but dresses are the main thing they sell. Have just moved to Enterprise Centre I believe. Dresses can be ordered from catalogues in store, and wedding fairs are regularly attended by Topaz. An added bonus is that they can buy your dress back from you after the event.

Child tried to pull my watch off whilst I was waiting to be served and TWICE came into fitting room as I was getting changed. I phoned today to tell of my dismay yesterday and the assistant said NO REFUND of deposit whatsoever! I will not recommend this shop to anyone. I was in business retail for 55 years and never been spoken to like that

I had an awful time with this company and am writing this so no one has to go through what I did…read more I flew over from Australia for my Mum's funeral. Dickies were aware of this. When I got the suit back to my Dad's I couldn't believe the state of it. The sleeve and trouser hems had been turned up very poorly to the point the cuffs looked liked they may not stay up at all. The whole suit needed pressing. And in the front of the trousers, right where you no what hangs, there was a stain! Gross, from the previous wearer? I did not have time to take the suit back to Dickies before the funeral which lead to a lot of stress when all I wanted to be doing was grieving with my family. Luckily some good friends helped me out or I really would have been stuck. When I returned the suit I was refused a refund and was given no apology whatsoever.
