We reserved an overnight stopover here while traveling across Florida, the staff here is incredible and very accommodating. This is a beautiful RV Park with lots of ammenties and they can definitely accommodate bigger rigs, our 40' Motorhome and toad fit into the level site with ease. We requested a large site so we didn't have to unhook and could exit the park the next morning so site 30 worked out great we exited the site right onto the side street, there were some low hanging branches on the road which has nothing to do with the park but we were able to maneuver around them. The park owners should address this with the county road maintenance department to eliminate the concerns. It's obvious the staff here continues to make upgrades so as good as it is it can only get better. Access is very easy exiting exit 112 west bound off I-10. As others have stated Bonifay is a very small town but there are a number of restaurants in close proximity we had dinner next door at M&W Bbq. We are so happy to have found this place and definitely plan to visit them again in the future. Outback Springs is a small, quiet RV Park near the I-10 in Bonifay, FL. Walking distance to the Waffle House, but you'll probably need to drive anywhere else. There are back-in and pull through sites with full hook-up. Pull through sites seem to accommodate about 45-50 feet in total length, and are relatively narrow with a "semi-level" gravel base. Some campers seem to live there full-time. We all know that can be good or bad. There is a pool and an office/small store. Management is helpful and friendly. we saw them there only during the day. Things close up at night. The grounds are well kept, but it's certainly not a "resort" by today's standards. Good place to stay for a night or two on your travels down the I-10 read more

Staff seems real friendly but unaware about the back campers who I saw huffing paint and peeping around my camper the other one is hacking into my wifi so she can really stalk me, knows when to start banging around right when I'm about to fall asleep and I'm mentally handicapped. Wonderful campground close to many of Florida's natural springs. Quiet, cozy and friendly. Beautiful pool, clean and hotel like family friend bathroom/shower facilities. Gameroom/tv/kitchen community room. Large grassy area with playground, mini golf and horse shoes. Fishing pond with koi and duck. They offer Good Sam and Military discounts. Staff was inviting and helpful. Wish we had longer to stay! We will most definitely be back! read more

Love this place! The owner was very kind and the resort has been renovated in recent years. Very cute spot. It had a miniature golf green, pool and jacuzzi, and a beautiful pond with ducks. A mother and father duck hung out near our RV and we soon discovered why... she had laid an egg! read more

Traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach we've stayed in over 400 RV Parks. We stayed at Outback Springs RV Resort one night during the month of December 2019. This park was (as advertised) easy-in and easy-out. Unfortunately when leaving, we encountered one big overgrown tree that desperately needs trimming. The branches from this tree scratched the side of our coach. Unfortunately, towing a car there was no way for us to avoid these low-reaching branches. Just be extra vigilant when exiting the park or your unit will receive scratches too. Otherwise, the park itself was pleasant and quiet. We stayed in a pull-thru site. The site itself was a mixture of dirt and gravel and fairly level. No space for outdoor seating or a picnic table and none was provided. Plenty of area to walk the dog around the park and lake. This was an okay place to stay for one-night, but not for an extended stay. read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Outback Springs RV Resort! The campground is very well maintained. They have a lot of beautiful shade trees and green grass. They have a really pretty pond with Koi fish and ducks. There's a horseshoe pit, a children's play area, a putting green and they have fire pits available upon request. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They have a laundry facility and change available. They are in the process of completing their new office, pool and hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food places close by, including a Waffle House, Pizza Hut, Subway, Burger King and McDonalds. read more

Highly recommend. Just off I-10 East but cannot hear freeway noise. owners are very friendly and informative. Suggested a wonderful Mexican restaurant, Cancun's. I also recommend going there. Lots of shade trees large level RV sites with full hookups. read more

Love this little independent family-owned park. Super clean, friendly and excellent customer service. Cute little koi and duck pond. Sites are a little small but comfortable and have a nice feel to them. Very pet and family friendly. Nice path to walk around, decorated for the holidays. Playground, golf putting green, horseshoes. By far some of the nicest people we have met in our 71 years. As far as RV resorts/ campgrounds go there is little more you could get anywhere else, well kept sites, easy access, nice onsite store, top notch dog park, and great places to go to and explore in the area. There are some of the best of Florida's 700 springs in the area. read more

This is a nice campground run by friendly folks. There is lots of work going on in an effort to make it an even better RV Park. The pull through spaces are plenty big enough for our 40 foot rig and tow car. There is both 30 and 50 AMP service with water and sewer at each site. Very convenient to I10. read more

I had the chance to stay at this under construction RV resort and I can tell you that even under construction it was cleaner and set up better than places that are not transitioning. The bathrooms are the cleanest i have seen in my 15 months As a full timer and I have been cross country. The new owners attention to detail are evident. I spoke with them about their plans for the future and what stood out the most was these words "it not about how fast, it's about doing it right the first time". Also you gotta love the Australian accent! These new owners have a vision and they are bringing it to life. I felt this place was still phenomenal even under construction. Seriously how many of us have enjoyed the people we met during our travels over the place we stayed? The grounds are clean. The construction area tidy and taped off. The laundry room new. The bathrooms cleaner than any RV place and it's safe to say cleaner than many peoples home. Did I say the owners are amazing?! I will come back to see what they have done with their vision and because they are "those types of people" that the world just doesn't have enough of. The Simply wonderful kind. We were driving from a Texas to Florida and were in desperate need of a campsite as we were towing a newly purchased pop up camper. In this area of Florida, there was heavy hurricane damage and sites are hard to come by. It was a huge relief to find a friendly, clean campground at a fair price. We called ahead about 20 minutes away and someone was waiting to meet us and show us to our nicely groomed site. Our site was a pull through and had new electrical service with a nice light on top. Pretty quiet, very light road noise, however we were in a pop up...I think if you were on a class, A, B or C or travel trailer, you might not hear anything. We received a veterans discount which is always a great gesture and appreciated. Quick check in, we would definitely come back. I'll check out the grounds in the morning and edit. Clean restrooms, laundry facilities and a nice pet station if you need it. ***Update...upon waking in the morning we found a very pretty campground with lots of birds singing, well groomed and maintained. This place is great, we will definitely be back to see more of the area. read more

We stayed 7 nights at the Outback Springs RV Resort and our expectations were exceeded on many fronts. They staff is friendly and willing to do anything they can to make your stay safe and happy. They even had a meet-and-greet BBQ on New Year's Eve and invited the entire park. The resort is very comfortable and has a new pool, hot tub, office and individual jaw-dropping modern bathrooms with shower and locking door. I was very impressed by their cleanliness and felt I was staying at a high-end spa. There is a nice pond with ducks that wander the park. The RV sites are level on gravel with 50-30-20 amp service and full hook-ups. Most of the sites are shaded. There was a really good welcoming vibe at this park and we will be back. read more

This RV park is under new ownership and management. It was the previous Florida Springs. Many upgrades are in the process. Newly leveled sites with new updated hookups. Upgraded Wi-Fi and internet. Security system Remodeled laundry. Remodeled shower/ bath facilities. Pool will go under construction very soon. Give us a few months and you won't be able to resist visiting us.
