The resort has lots of cool things like a solar heated pool, a rec room, docks. The bed had clean sheets (other than the bugs) and the bed had been freshly made - but otherwise, I was afraid to touch anything. Both the shower and sink had debris, trash, and other patrons' hair in it. I didn't get a pic of the sink but it had the same hair in it. The bed had someone's used contact lens on it, right by the pillow area. There were live bugs in the bed. See photos. The bug in my photo was there on my pillow when I woke up the next morning. After I jumped up and shook the pillow - it ran just under the pillow area - that's what you see in the pic. If these things hadn't been taken care of, I can't trust anything else is clean, so I would definitely not stay there again. My stay was about a month ago. I held off on the review, hoping someone internal would reach out for feedback, but no one did.

The pool was heated and refreshing after a day at the beach. Our pull-thru site was perfect. Lots of trees and shade. Loved that Publix was appx 5mi away, easy to do my shopping upon arrival. Fishing is brackish water but had a cleaning station. You can brong your boat and golf cart (check with office on rates and rules). All the staff was super nice and helpful. We did have a long-term rv next to us but they were quiet like everyone else. We will definitely visit again!

This is a beautiful RV Park with lots of ammenties and they can definitely accommodate bigger rigs, our 40' Motorhome and toad fit into the level site with ease. We requested a large site so we didn't have to unhook and could exit the park the next morning so site 30 worked out great we exited the site right onto the side street, there were some low hanging branches on the road which has nothing to do with the park but we were able to maneuver around them. The park owners should address this with the county road maintenance department to eliminate the concerns. It's obvious the staff here continues to make upgrades so as good as it is it can only get better. Access is very easy exiting exit 112 west bound off I-10. As others have stated Bonifay is a very small town but there are a number of restaurants in close proximity we had dinner next door at M&W Bbq. We are so happy to have found this place and definitely plan to visit them again in the future. I thought the prices were very fair and everything worked out great, for us this is a park that we highly recommend...

First, the internet never worked. We called the office just after 7:00 p.m. on the day we checked…read morein, and got no answer. My husband left a message, and we NEVER got a return phone call. We drove by the office several times, and it was never open to get assistance. No one ever answered the phone. When I turned in the pool bracelets at check out, I explained the fact that the internet never worked and no one called us back all week. She seemed unconcerned. Second, the code to the wash room/bath house we received at check in, would NOT work. No answers to the phone number for assistance. Again, the lady at check out said it rarely worked, but was unconcerned. Not being able to get into the laundry and wash room is another issue with me. There was NO cable at site 15. The pool was nice. You have to walk to the tiny home side of the park to get to the pool, or you have to drive. The site was very nice. They need a responsive phone number that either answers or calls you back. If you advertise internet and cable, you should have internet and cable. You need to make sure that the codes to the bath house/laundry work, and again, have a working phone with someone who either answers or calls you back. The worst part was, we arrived on June 27, and left on June 30. We just got home, and at 6 p.m. on June 30, we finally received a phone call response from Friday June 27. Too late!! As far a location, it is ok. Hwy 331 is very busy, but at the entrance to the park there is a very nice Publix, an Ace Hardware, a very nice Chinese Buffet, a Jersey Mike's shop, Waffle House and McDonalds to name some we could remember. Very easy to shop/eat. It is about a 20 minute drive across the bridge to Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach on Hwy 98. We will be going to other RV parks in the area where there is a responsive manager in the future. If you simply want a nice spot to park, this is great. If you want to use any of the amenities (internet, cable, pool, wash room/laundry,) don't go here.

Beds were comfortable, A/C worked very well, did have internet / TV for the bad weather that rolled in for a day. This was just an amazing stay for my son and I. Our access code did stop working after hours and Rani answered our call and took care of it in seconds she was amazing tonwork with. We come down to this area several times a year to visit friends and this will be where we stay from this point on. Y'all did great!
