The fence gate required a locking latch to meet pool standard in my community. The gate latch is poor quality, --the latch will not open, or it sticks closed (requires oiling monthly, as well as constant adjustment to the latch). Discussed this with Dan on several occasions by phone or text (since installation in 1/2025). He inspected the latch during a visit and said it would be replaced. In addition, the installers cut the sprinkler system line in two places (the cuts in the line are obvious). Dan was told about the existence of the sprinkler system at time of purchase (installation team reminded as well). Two attached photos show cut in line adjacent to concrete (by shovel?), as well as cut in line where line sits atop of corner of concrete (zoom in on the photo). When I brought the gate latch to Dan's attention by text and voicemail (again earlier this week), he said no one told him the gate latch wasn't replaced. He said someone would drop by and repair/replace the gate latch, and he would repair the sprinkler line. I'm not sure why he expected me to remind him again about the gate latch (how many conversations does it take to get it done?). I declined to have him fix the sprinkler line as I already did the job myself (hopefully it doesn't continue to leak), and I didn't want to get into another back and forth with him about completing the work (as I experienced since 1/2025 about the gate latch).

We went over with this company multiple times that we needed this fence to keep our dogs safely in…read moreour yard and they assured us that they would make it so. Then they installed the fence and there were huge gaps under the vinyl portion that they said had to be there for when the gated opened. They didn't offer to fill in the gaps or anything, left it to us. So, our chihuahua gets out of our yard on a monthly basis basically because she just digs right under the fence. Then we have a big shepherd and he started getting out because they didn't do the standard for dog fencing, which is a solid metal bar, like the one on top, as the bottom. This means the dogs cannot push the flexible chainlink up and get out. We mentioned this multiple times. Finally after our dog got out again and was almost lost to us, we got them to come back out to fix it. They charged us a couple thousand to run a flexible wire through the bottom of the chainlink. It's flexible! It doesn't do a darn thing and we had to pay thousands for their guys' time in doing the useless work. They have refused to correct their mistakes and our dogs keep getting out. It's dangerous and ridiculous that all they care about it getting their thousands and thousands of dollars and not about the original intention of the fence which again, we stated SO many time to them. We paid over $12k in total for our fence and it's useless.
