In short, you should have no hesitation or worry in hiring them for your job, big or small! They are my #1 company I will trust when needing work for myself, family, or friends. I had a pipe burst in my kitchen & caused damage to my kitchen & dining room. It caused warping to my subfloor, ruined cabinets, panty. Etc- a mess! Billy & Shawn came out & got straight to work! They eased my mind instantly as they have such a warm & comforting presence. They explain everything upfront & as they go, as well as always being available for questions or concerns. They are down to earth, reliable people that put you at ease to have on the job. They took a lot of pictures prior to starting which not only helped file the claim for my insurance but made sure to be here when the adjuster was out & helped me in the whole insurance process. Billy & Shawn were helpful every step of the way. They got all the work done FAST & were very clean- oh my goodness, they left my house way cleaner than when they arrived each time they came! They offered to help box up my cabinets/pantry, move 75 gallon aquarium, furniture, you name it- they didn't shy away or go without offering to help do anything that would help me. The receptionist/office professional, Lauren, is not to go unmentioned as she is truly wonderful as well! She is amazing at communicating, easy to get ahold of, is incredibly helpful, & so kind. She even spoke to my insurance to help move things along quickly too. I feel like I could go on & on as to all of the positives to each person & the completion of their work & still not do justice to how truly wonderful they all are- it's absolutely rare to have such dedicated, diligent, hard working individuals that are as kind as they are helpful & trustworthy! There is no way I would ever contact anyone other than them for future projects nor will anyone I know. My insurance agent even took their information to pass along as they were so impressed & noted how rare it is to find professionals like them! As a homeowner for over 20 years I've had my share of home repairs & the need to hire professionals for all types of jobs. I get so much anxiety from a few past poor conpanies, as many of us have, but this company is not that- Billy & Shawn at Performance Restoration go beyond what you would list for ideal qualities & performance of contractors/professionals you would want on your job. Our homes are not only the biggest investment most any of us will make in our lifetime, but also the most personal & valuable asset that doubles as our place of safety & comfort. They were great about keeping both my wife and me in the loop the whole time, always communicating clearly about what was happening and what to expect next. Everyone who came to the house was respectful and considerate of our space! They also handled the back-and-forth with our insurance company really well, making what could've been a huge headache so much easier on us. They showed real empathy for what we were going through, responded quickly, gave clear quotes, got the job done right, and made sure everything was cleaned up and back to normal fast, and checking in along the way.
