I'm tall he laughs about it to his buddies and does not return for any warranty items. I believe he even brought his wife here to sway me the first day they showed up. She was really sweet and talked about him not messing up my landscaping and everything. He ended up doing just that. I have been digging clay out of my white rocks and landscaping for weeks now trying to get it back like it's supposed to be. Nails were everywhere and I told them several times. I have a robotic Lawnmower, they didn't care. They left old fence hardware thrown haplessly in corners that I had to remove. The excess clay for the new hose being dug was supposed to be raked out and used to cover the old fence post hose and excess was supposed be to go in the back of the gate raked out. When they dumped all the excess in the back of the gate and left big old piles of clay, nails and string, and everything else in it. I had to literally go fill up my John Deere cart, haul it to the front, put it in the back of my SUV and take it to the Tuscarora landfill. This is a scam artist. If you got lucky and he did something right then great but if he messed up something like he did me, I know you're mad as hell. It's been over a month and I am still cleaning up the mess that they left. The mess that they promised would be cleaned up.

I contracted him and he came out and I showed him what wasn't acceptable. He came out about a week later and not only did he not properly correct 3 issues but refused to do anything else claiming there was nothing wrong the the rest of the fence. I said I wanted the name and policy number of his insurance co. He told me the name but won't give policy number. Since then he won't return my calls texts or emails and hung up on me when he did answer. I hired another contractor that gave me an estimate of $1200 to repair and properly re-install the 300 ft. fence. This is only 16 of 74 photos showing faulty sections of installation. Will be taking him to small claims court.

I spoke to the man in charge and he was able to remove my fencing/posts, build the new fence, then re installed the portion of my fence needed to tie in. Extremely professional. While the workers were outside playing music they noticed my kids were home and we had our windows opened so they played kid friendly music while we were able to hear it. Our dog is pretty loud and barked at them occasionally but the workers stopped to pet her and say hi on breaks. Professional staff, quality fencing, easy to talk to, and overall great company. The fact that they resolved what could have been a controversial situation cordially and with the utmost respect shows that they do more than simply build quality fencing. I cannot recommend this company enough.
